ABSTRACT
The reseacrh of analysis the income comparition which influence the
model of comsumpticn the employees Suzuya. Ramayana and Maju
Bersama in Binjai use 90 respondent. Which consist of 30 employees
Suzuya, 30 employees Ramayana, and 30 employess Maju Bersama.
The goal of this research is to know the model of income comparation
from the employess Suzuya, Ramayana and Maju Bersama also to know
what factor influence the model of income comparation the employess
Suzuya, Ramayana, and Maju Bersama in Blnjai so that by knowing them.
We hope, it can be input to institution or goverment local to take produce in
conection with the improvement of live the employees in the level department
store sector.
To concrete the goal above, we use the approach SPSS to know
comparat\on the faktor, which influence the model of income comparation, the
employees Suzuya, Ramayana, and Maju bersama.
