1 entrepreneurship, in order to get working experience and apply it to work field. To fulfill the assignment the writer took the entrepreneurship for his job training. The Writer joins with other English department students to establish the company running the business of English poster printing.
In order to sell the poster there are many things that has to be managed to gain success. The design, the material, and promoting the product are three important aspects. In particular, poster design should be made as attractive as possible that would make the costumer tempted to buy it. This process

1.2 Scope
This paper describes the process collecting material for English poster. The data is taken from the job training which was done by the writer.
1.3 Objectives
Other than to fulfill the job training course, this report has some purpose such as:
1. To describes the process in collecting material for English poster in Si Dupan Poster during the job training.

1.4 Significant to knowledge
This report is expected to give explanation on how the company collecting the material for Poster using many sources and request or survey the buyers. This report also can be used as a reference for those who will take entrepreneur course.
1.5 The Framework of the Theory
In this frame of theory, the writer uses the method to collecting picture material, especially for beginner learner or children is effective as it is stated in www.web.li.gatech.edu :
children can learn many things from cartoons easily because they are funny and not dull. Most parents want to teach a lot of things to their children as much as possible, but if something is boring, most kids do not want to do that, so a teacher or parent would have to think about good methods to teach their children. There are many creative inventions to teach children, but the most important thing is that parents should know what kind of things make children concentrate. One of the answers is a cartoon.

1.6 Research Method
The Method which was used by the writer is descriptive method. “Defines descriptive method as involving collecting of data in order to test
hypothesis or to answer questions concerning the current status of the subject of
the study” (Gay, 1976: 94). It means in this report; the writer will describe and
explain the process of collecting materials which will be used for the posters. Explain the process which was used to collect and describe the steps collecting the picture from internet.

THE BUSINESS OF SI DUPAN POSTER
2.1. Description of Si Dupan Poster
Si Dupan Poster is a company which was established by English department students 2008 on July 2011 in Bandung. The Dupan Poster Company located at Jl. Tubagus Ismail Bawah no. 40, Bandung, West Java. The Company produces some educational English lesson posters for beginner.
The reason of establishing this company is that because the beginner learner needs various media to learn English. The student is used to study English in books, which are mostly less interesting. That’s why the company provides more simple media so the student will easily learn English through posters as an alternative media in learning English.

2.3. Job Position
The position of writer here is as a design manager, who designs the poster which contains Pictures with English terms in poster.
2.4. Coordination
During the Job training, as a design manager, the writer coordinates with all managers. Including, the leader of the company, material-processing manager, production manager, and transportation manager. The writer got the instruction from the leader and material-processing manager to design and collect the pictures material for the product.

writer is in charge of the design in this job training, but this report only focuses on the process of collecting and choosing picture materials.

THE DESCRIPTION OF THE TOPIC
3.1 The Process of collecting materials for English poster
3.1.1 Explanation
The activities would be the case of the study regarding to what the writer had experienced during job training in Si Dupan poster. In this activity, the writer found the interesting problem to analyze; the process of collecting pictre materials for English Poster. The writer reports it specifically so that it shows the occurring process based on the data appeared.
Introducing English at early years is a must, now in this modern era we do not learn English by only using one media like book. We can use many media to learn it. Poster is one of the media through which we can learn English as well. Poster is an artistic work, often a reproduction of an original painting or photograph, printed on a large sheet of paper. Therefore, the writer chooses to use poster as media to introducing English to children or beginner learner to study. In order to attract the marketing target we have to choose the proper material for the
future costumer, that’s why before making the posters we have to collect all

1.1. First Poster:
Body Parts poster
This poster is about body part which is made by the company. This poster
is made for children who start to learning English language. We think it’s

poster. The first steps in collecting material are brainstorming, the material-processing managers choosing the most suitable picture, so they decided not to choose cartoon picture, but real human picture. It because picture of real person are have more proportional body, so the future costumer know all the body part they want to know. In this case the material-processing managers choosing footballer as the object of the poster, it because they usually have a proportional body. The next step is using internet to find the picture, we use Mozilla Firefox to browsing and searching the picture using Google. Here are several steps to finding the suitable picture:
a. Type www.Google.com in URL page.
b. Type Tottenham Hotspurs Dawson in search bar; the reason why I choose Tottenham Hotspurs Dawson because he’s the writer favorite player, at that times.
c. When the result shows up, click gambar on the top of the search bar. d. After that, several picture shows, but we choose the picture which is
showing the whole body from the object.

Fruit Poster
This poster is also targeting for beginner learner or children. We decided to make this poster because children usually asking about name of their
foods especially fruits, it’s because children typically love sweet food. So it’s

Like the first poster the managers are using internet to find the picture, they using Mozilla Firefox to browsing and searching the picture using Google. Here are several steps to finding the suitable picture:

b. When Google shows up, click gambar on the top of the search bar. c. Type Grape cartoon on search bar to finding grape picture. Type
Apple cartoon on search bar to find apple picture. And same methods
to find the rest of the fruits like papaya, strawberry, banana, durian, pineapple, melon, watermelon, and mango.
d. After that, several picture shows. The managers choose the picture which is suitable for the poster.

d. After that, several picture shows. The managers choose the picture which is suitable for the poster.
e. We saving the pictures and put it into our folder named Gambar poster mentah, and stores it into more specific folder named Family tree.

Profession poster
In this poster about profession, our company decided to make it because this poster can shows the terms of professions which the children would want to be in the future. The children usually already have an ideal profession when they
still in kindergarten, so it’s the best way to introducing the term of their ideal
profession in English too. Because the Target of this poster are children learner,
that’s why we choose cartoon pictures which attract children the most. The collecting process has no different to any other poster above; it is also using Google as source of the picture. Like the first poster the managers are using internet to find the picture, they using Mozilla Firefox to browsing and searching the picture using Google. Here are several steps to finding the suitable picture:
a. Type www.Google.com in URL
b. When the Google shows up, click gambar on the top of the search bar. c. Type Doctor Cartoon on search bar to find father picture. Same
method to find the rest of the picture above like musician, Athlete, Astronaut, Chef, Police, Businessman, and Pilot.
d. After that, several picture shows. The managers choose the picture which is suitable for the poster.

1.5.Fifth poster
Animal Poster
This poster above are one of our poster which targeting children also. The reasons why we make this poster because children usually attracted to the thing that move, are brightly colored, and are easy to see. They also fascinated by things that make interesting noises, and capable to interact with them, in this case are an animal. The collecting process has no different to any other poster above; it is also using Google as source of the picture. Like the first poster the managers are using internet to find the picture, they using Mozilla Firefox to browsing and searching the picture using Google. Here are several steps to finding the suitable picture:

c. Type Dog Cartoon on search bar to find father picture. Same method to find the rest of the picture above like Eagle, Owl, Lion, Tiger, Dog, Giraffe, Elephant, Shark, Dolphin, Kangaroo, Turtle, and Horse. d. After that, several picture shows. The managers choose the picture
which is suitable for the poster.

version of the objects, it’s because the marketing target are beginner learner or children. That’s why before making the posters we have to collect all materials we need using many media, one of them is internet.
4.2. Suggestions
There some suggestions for both English Department and for student who will take entrepreneurship course on job training as follow:

2. Second for Student who wants to use Internet as the source of the material. It can provide you fast searching for materials you needed, if you put the right key word. And if the materials what you need still to general all you need to do is type more specific word of to find it more specific resources. Internets also have a disadvantage if you not carefully in collecting some materials or data you would easily fall into Cybercrime. So be specific and carefully is the key to collecting the data from this Media.
