Abstract
Psychological test is a method of selection which is often used by organizations in selecting candidates. Psychological test has the advantage of describing the personality of candidate more accurate. Psychological test also has weaknesses particularly in its implementation. The research aims to understand the reason, problem, and reaction, in the implementation of psychological test at Satya Wacana Christian University. This case study research using grounded theory in analyzing the data. Interview results reveal some problem related to different view about psychological test at Satya Wacana Christian University. It caused doubts about the validity and reliability of the test and stimulated reactions in the implication of psychological test.
