Abstract
PT. Batam Tex Ungaran as one of the large-scale manufacturing enterprise engaged in the production of textiles and garments currently have a special strategic planning for IS / IT is implemented in the company. IS / IT use is still limited application used to help some of the operational processes in the enterprise such as production scheduling application, app purchases, sales application, application personnel, and office applications (office). Strategic planning of IS / IT at PT. Batam Tex Ungaran using TOGAF framework which provides a method that detail how to build and manage and implement an Enterprise Architecture (EA) and the IS / IT is called the Architecture Development Method (ADM). Results of EA design using TOGAF ADM framework can provide an environment IS / IT are appropriate to the company's condition as TOGAF provide a flexible framework in the design of the EA in accordance with the conditions of the company.

Abstrak
PT. Batam Tex Ungaran sebagai salah satu perusahaan manufaktur berskala enterprise yang bergerak di bidang produksi tekstil dan garmen saat ini belum memiliki perencanaan strategis khusus bagi SI/TI yang diimplementasikan di dalam perusahaan. SI/TI yang digunakan saat ini masih terbatas aplikasi yang digunakan untuk membantu beberapa proses operasional di perusahaan seperti: aplikasi penjadwalan produksi, aplikasi pembelian, aplikasi penjualan, aplikasi personalia, dan aplikasi perkantoran (office). Penyusunan rencana strategis SI/TI pada PT. Batam Tex Ungaran menggunakan framework TOGAF yang memberikan metode yang detail bagaimana membangun dan mengelola serta mengimplementasikan suatu Enterprise Architecture (EA) dan SI/TI yang disebut dengan Architecture Development Method (ADM). Hasil perancangan EA
dengan menggunakan framework TOGAF ADM dapat menyediakan lingkungan
SI/TI yang tepat sesuai dengan kondisi perusahaan karena TOGAF memberikan
kerangka kerja yang fleksibel dalam perancangan EA sesuai dengan kondisi
perusahaan.
