MEMORANDUM OF UNDRESTANDING BETWEEN
THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND
THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA ON THE ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL COOPERATION
The Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the the
Government of People's Republic of China , with a view to further
developing friendly relations and economic and technical
cooperation between the two countries, have agreed as follows:
ARTICLE I
In accordance with the needs of the Government of the Republic
of Indonesia, the Government of the People's Republic of China
shall provide the Government of the Republic of Indonesia with a
grant of RMB ¥ 20,000,000,00 (Renminbi Yuan Twenty Million Only).
ARTICLE II
The above-mentioned grant shall be used for the implementation
of project of prevention and cure of birds flu. The specific matters
ARTICLE Ill
The detailed accounting procedures for the implementation of this
Memorandum of Understanding shall be signed between China
Development Bank and the financial institution designated by the
Indonesian Government.
ARTICLE IV
This Memorandum of Understanding shall enter into force on the
date of its signature and remain in force until the day when the
two sides have fulfilled all their respective obligations thereof.
Done in duplicate in Bali, Indonesia on October 6, 2006 in the
Chinese and English languages, each side keeping one original
and all texts being equally authentic.
