ABSTRACT
Purpose
The purpose of this study is to discuss the study about how the influence of the application of talent management and work life balance on organizational performance at PT. Telkom in indonesia on his final get the nickname as the corporate scandals in Asia. It is with regard to the talent availability and the company's ability to manage his best people (talent retention).
Design/methodology/approach
The research method is a descriptive. The aim of descriptive verification method are to describe, explain, and validate findings. Description emerges following creative exploration, and serves to organize the findings in order to fit them with explanations, and then test or validate those explanations (Krathwohl, 1993). Population of this study is employees of PT. Telkom are top and middle management in PT. Telkom Bandung especially PT. Telkom Japati Bandung.
Expected findings

Purpose
The purpose of this research is examined what gender and locus of control have an impact on employee performance. This study is important To identify the factors that build comfort work environment So as to increase of employee performance.
Design/methodology/approach
The method of this analysis that used to analyse the influence of gender and the locus control on employee performance is the “Sem” method (Structural Equation Modeling) with SmartPls software.
Expected Finding
2 (two) independent variable be tasted to 1 (one) dependent variable with 18 (eighteen) subvariable and the expected result in this research is shows if gender and locus of control have an impact on employee performance in Kampoeng Gombong Resto.

Abstract
Purpose:
As a true national heritage for a country, craft industry encompasses goods that are handmade by artisans, craftsmen or those skilled in a particular trade. This article is aimed to present and promote the creativity and innovation of the craft industry of “Antemoro paper” in Ambalavao Madagascar. The cultural heritage is one of the richest and the most important resources, with the capacity to generate import economic and social resource favor the nation.
Design / methodology / approach:
This study will apply quantitative and qualitative descriptive approaches within the data and archival research from a wide range of literature regarding the issues to be discussed on reviews of the books, textbooks, newspapers, and internet both theoretically and empirically relevant to the problems being faced or related to the object of research that is being conducted.
Expected findings:
The findings that we expect from this research is to get information on specific handicraft of “Antemoro paper” in order to promote it internationally. Craft can be significant contributor to a country’s economy, so the craftsmen should improve their creativity while maintaining their traditional techniques in order to preserve this cultural heritage.
Practical implications:
in world of craft and its enormous potential can be operated through vertical integration and clustering of small business.
Originality / value:
Research on craft in Madagascar is very extensive due to the diversity of craft sector in the country. This is a huge potential to exploit. The originality of this study may shed new insight to promote this specific craft industry.

Purpose
To create an android applications to facilitate the community detecting their disease earlier through the experienced symptoms they got before coming to health facilities such as health centers, medical clinics and hospitals.
Design/Methodology/Approach
This research methodology is using concept, design, design application, material collecting, and assembly. Design of the application will be using flow chart system for mapping some contents of an application correctly.
Expected Findings
Develop an android applications through electronic health information technology (e-hits) as a public facilities to get a simple and easy access about health information related to the common diseases that usually suffered by the most Indonesian people.
Practical Implication
People will know their health problems of common diseases, determine the main cause of the symptoms experienced, to know the first action that should be done for the initial treatment, knowing the type of over the counter drugs (OTC) to consume the first time with the symptoms experienced and the last one, communities are able to implement the suggestions contained in the application so that can be decrease the risk.

Abstract
Purpose
The aim of this study is to analyze the phenomenon of sustainable business in cosmetics industry through the consumer perspective. We also compare in depth about the features, marketing strategies, and values of two well-known beauty companies, The Bodyshop and Lush Cosmetics. After compare all sustainable aspect from both companies, we can finally find out which company running better sustainable business practice.
Design / methodology / approach
This study applies qualitative comparative methods. We compare two multinational companies, The Body Shop and Lush Cosmetics to find out which company running better sustainable business practices in cosmetic industry. Both secondary and primary data will be collected and analyzed from qualitative point of view. Interview and questionnaire are conduct in this research as a primary data. Extensive search of article, reports and infomation obtained from company website will be analyzed as a secondary data.
Expected Findings
Managerial / Practical Implication
This paper would be useful for business practitioners, especially to those who involve in cosmetic industry, as an information and examples of how successful cosmetic companies running a sustainable business. This study could also encourage and raise more awareness of readers or customers to choose sustainable product,which not only give positive impact for ourself but also for our society.
Originality / Value

The purpose of this paper is to define a significance part of Internet as the social media platform in tourism marketing in Ukraine with the example of TripAdvisor website. This research seeks to describe how the information on social media can affect the consumer behavior in choosing a tourist destination in Ukraine.
Design/methodology/approach:
In this study paper, the author uses qualitatively descriptive analysis. The data were collected and analyzed in May 2017 from the social media platform such as TripAdvisor.com, probably the largest travel site online. Review of related literature gives the author an important theory and examples of analyzing and interpreting collected data taken from social media based on feedbacks and reviews generated by users/visitors of this site.
Expected findings:
This research is expected to be useful for the tourism industry in Ukraine to gain a better understanding of the way how tourist’s choices for different famous destination depend on the information represented on the site.

In this study use explanatory survey method that explains a relationship between the variables of the research. Beside that, the method which is used in this research is a descriptive method, which aims to determine the fact and interpretation. To obtain the data, in this study using questioner, with online business community as the respondent.
Expected Finding
The expected result in this research, there is influence between service quality and brand image to customer loyalty. So, in the creation of customer loyalty conducted by PT. Pos Indonesia, the variable that is used in this research can be considered.

And for academics, this research is expected to be used as information, and it also can be used as a reference materials that obtained from this study. The augmented reality diffusion is communicated through some courses of specified period of time in to the social and business systems. In other words, Diffusion Innovation is a brand new thing either it is a product or opinion, which is spread in society on an understandable pace and it is analyzed using communication pattern in a certain social system. The research tool used to analyze this particular innovation is path analysis. This particular analysis will see the process in which the augmented reality innovation focuses on the distribution of the entrepreneurs in advertisement delivery to the targeted customers. The finding expected in this research is that it can explain how important the impact of augmented reality innovation on not only the customers’ interest against the given advertisement but also on the advertising entrepreneurs in Indonesia.

From this particular research, the researcher expects to find out the impact and benefit of the entry of augmented reality technology in Indonesia for the entrepreneurs and their customers. The researcher also expects that it is possible to determine some business moves that will be taken related to this particular augmented reality innovation.

From this research, it is expected that the company managers can draw a conclusion related to the particular Augmented Reality innovation by making a decision to use augmented reality innovation on their advertising product. The researcher also expects that by using this particular path analysis method, it can increase the diffusion on selling and product quality innovations of the advertising company by applying augmented reality technology in the marketing of advertising product. Production of Leather shoes with Fashion brand in Kemasan village is already exist since 1962th. The problem is why local brand on Indonesia, my own local brand is dificult to be famous in own country, with the reserch we will hope find what the mind Indonesian customer in more specific consumers of Sidoarjo region, and we can provide information to leather shoes how to get the famous brand.

This study addresses and identifies brand image by providing qualitative evidence to explain their concepts on brand association of local leather shoesd. Method of data collection is done by giving statements regarding local brand known to relatives about the local leather to respondents. A case study will conduct at Kemasan Village in Sidiarjo district. Data will analyzed using a content analysis technique. The two big city is will be focus and we will hope with the interview showing the brand attributes dimension, and the dimensions of brand image.

This needs to any promotion who carried out by the dunkin donut to boost sales.The purpose of investigation this is to know the influence of promotion by message broadcast and variation product in the resolution the purchase of consumers.

The study is done to consumer dunkin donut ir h.Juanda, bandung with the number of respondents as many as at least 30 people.Data collected through the questionnaire and then were analyzed using SEM.

The purpose of this study is to provide an information that might be useful for some people who want to do a similar business and how it should be done so that the business run can produce maximum results. In addition, the factory have to pay more attention to the inventory so that raw material can be used optimally. Because the factories will face many constraints in doing business. Constraints can be found in the internal and external of the factory. In this paper, we will discuss about inventory. Inventory are one of internal factor that can be a constraint because inventory is one of the most important factor which is an asset for the company. One of most significant changes in the paradigm of modern business management is that individual business no longer compete as solely autonomous entities, but rather as supply chain. Business management has entered the era of inter-network competition and the ultimate success of a single business will depend on management’s ability to integrate the company’s intricate network of business relationships.

The originality of the study are this paper only conducted in PT. Surya Boga Kencana which is located in subdistrict Bojong Soang, district of Bandung. That focused in supply chain management and inventory control of the company. PT. Surya Boga Kencana itself owned by Mr. Kuwat Subarja. We use Surya Boga Kencana factory as our object because we interest with this factory and want to know deeper about the factory. Surya Boga Kencana factory is one of the food factory on Bandung. The food factory is selected because the authors want to explore and provide a review of inventory control and the supply chain management in this industry. The inventory control and supply chain management of surya boga kencana to be explored and assessed is related to the determination of the quantity of raw materials order and reorder point. It is also to obtain more information about the process in this factory and learn the actual real-life inventory control and supply chain management process.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to determine the benefits of EEO company PT Universal Robina Coorporation (URC) Indonesia. This research to provide opportunities and equal treatment in every employee. We can find a harmonious industrial relations between companies and unions.
Design / methodology / approach
This study uses quantitave analysis and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. Variable data using the recognition of the rights of the company and the union, union security guarantees for companies, facilities and assistance to the union, as well as the exemption for the purposes of the union. The data used in this research using primary and secondary data. Primary data by distributing questionnaires and interviews to workers of PT URC Indonesia. Secondary data used literature study and conduct research documents. Scoring test the use of questionnaires 1-5, in which the start was not good to very good. It aims to find out how much each variable research achievements for workers in the company. And to qualify the validity and reliability. Data processing using SPSS 23 statistical. Data analysis was performed using research methods Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).

The purpose of this paper is to determine whether the marketing strategy by using digitization technology could effectively be applied in improving the performance of marketing in banking targeting micro market, considering micro businesses targeting people with education levels are low and do not understand the technology advances so as not to investment in technology that have issued by the company to be in vain.

This study will use descriptive and causal research methods. descriptive study aims to present the information in a structured information, factual, and accurate information on the Application of digital marketing in micro-banking business. While the causal research methods used to test the effectiveness of digital marketing application to the growth of micro-businesses in the Banking Industry with a sample unit of BRI Branch Office Karawang.

The purpose of this study was to define and describe new talent management system, its importance and provide information on how a change management in financial service institution implemented. The successful change management, those responsible have developed clear and shared visions of where they are going and have linked these to implementation strategies designed to produce the desired results from new talent management which will have an impact on business performance.

This study was a qualitative of the case study method. This research used a case study method to understand the process of change. This research used three models of the change process from Anthony J Mento (2002). Analysis techniques used logic models through statement of human resource manager and vice president in interview and observation.

Purpose:
The Aim of this study is for assess the financial-performance of PT. XL Axiata Tbk before and after conducting a merger by using financial ratio is: Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Debt Ratio (DR), Net Profit Margin (N-P-M), Return on In-vestment(R-O-I), Return on Equity (R-O-E) and Earnings per Shares (E-P-S).
Design/Methodology/Approach:
This research use a quantitative research method to examine financial-performance of PT. XL Axiata Tbk before and after merger. The data used in this study is based on secondary data obtained from the financial reports of PT XL Axiata Tbk before and after the merger. The financial and accounting data of PT XL Axiata Tbk is collected from the annual reports of 2011 – 2016 to assess the financial-performance improvement of PT. XL Axiata Tbk.
Expected Findings:
The hypothesis developed in this study is the financial-performance of PT. XL Axiata after the merger is higher than before the merger. So, the expected result of this study is that the financial-performance of PT XL Axiata Tbk will increase after merger deci-sion. The impact of merger decision on financial performance reveals that the liquidity, leverage, activity and profitability have improved in the post-merger period.
Practical Implication:
flow of capital applied by managers for the optimal implementation of resources and assets. This study also would provide practical implication such as the ways to screen a potential target behind mergers.

It aims to present information the structured, factual, and accurate information on application of non financial reward and it’s effectiveness for Bank BNP especially for KTA Mirai+ Division. While the causal research method is to know the influence of non financial reward which is measured suitable with the performance growth and productivity in the side of business and side by side in individual and as a unit.

This paper is the only study conducted in the banking industry at Bank BNP which measured the impact of non financial reward system for business continuity with the intention to provide the best performance result that bring value for company and also improvement for each individual. Beside that it can be brought to another financial institution or related kind of business (ex: Bank) which is demand high talent with high work preassure in variant level of employee.

ABSTRACT
Purpose
This paper purpose is to develop performance indicator for supply chain and to explore the impact of supply chain at PT. BersamaZatta Jaya as a manufacturing company in Bandung. The correlation is important to find the hidden factors for making decision because in some cases the core problem is related to Supply Chain. This paper also analysis the current state of the manufacturing situation and then do the case study of how model is used in a manufacturing. This case study should be useful for benchmarking with related industries in Japan.
Design/Methodology/Approach
This paper uses descriptive analysis and case study method. Descriptive analysis method presents new performance measurement’s model for supply chain based on countries and companies condition. The model describes:
1. How to identify performance measures at PT Bersama Zatta Jaya, 2. How to group these measures, and
3. How to develop the frameworks to make performance measurement system.
Expected Findings
The expected finding is getting a confirmation about compatibility the new Model of Ronald Maurice Allen if this model implemented at PT. BersamaZatta Jaya. It will make the company able to make Decision Making faster and better with new model implementation by using Ronald Maurice Allen research.
Managerial/Practical Implication
decision, improving sensitivity to external threats, improving the ability of company and also to deal with various issues. Not only for managerial, this paper will also give practical implication for the staffs, the implication is: improving their sense of appreciation productivity, increasing motivation to reach the goals and improving knowledge about their job.
Originality/Value
The case study is just implemented by one Textile and Apparel manufacturing company in Bandung (PT. Bersama Zatta Jaya), Indonesia and restricted in supply chain only.

ABSTRACT
Research Background:
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of differentiation strategy implementation toward customer value on Gojek’s performance.
Design/Methodology/Approach:
This paper adopts the differentiation approach and collects data from the customers of Gojek in Bandung City to investigate how a strategic approach affects the customer value of Gojek.
Expected Findings:
The findings indicate that although Gojek provides a lot of convenience in terms of time and low cost, it also often gets complaints from its users. This becomes the issue of the research.
Practical Implication:
The implementation of differentiation strategy includes actions to establish a set of meaningful differences to distinguish a company's offering from that of competitition, it is the multiple challenges for Gojek’ strategy. This paper describes some factors in identifying the strategy in response to the feedback of Gojek’s users in Bandung City.

Abstract
Purpose
The purpose of this research is to analyze the competency gap of each section head in Perum BULOG Divre Jabar and Subdivre Bandung. Competencies analyzed include behavioral competence and technical competence. It is important to improve productivity and company performance.
Design/Methodology/Approach
This study used qualitative methods that aim to present the structured information, factual and accurate information regarding the competency gaps in Perum Bulog Divre Jabar and Subdivre Bandung. Besides this research can reflect the demands of the technical and behavioral competencies needed to achieve its goals.
Research surveys were used to collect data about how the condition of the reality competence of each head section in performing a series of tasks in accordance with the provisions and targets to be achieved by the company. And then, the behavioral competencies and technical competencies what should be owned by their respective section heads. The survey was conducted through the use of questionnaires and interviews to any section heads, supervisors and subordinates. Interviews with executives at the enterprise were conducted to identify the human resource competency on what they expect from HR. Survey research has the main purpose to describe and identify the situation measure and analyze the factors that influence it.
Expected Findings
that must be done by the employee and the company so that employees can be more competent in their field and become the best in their field.
Practical Implication
The results of this study have implications for the company in preparing for Human Resources as a strategic partner in running a business enterprise that can support organizational resilience with high competitiveness and as a reference in finding the right employee to be placed in the right place. This study will provide practical implications as to enhance the capabilities of all employees, the head line and the level of teamwork that is more integrated.
Originality/Value
This paper is the only research conducted in Perum Bulog Divre Jabar and Subdivre Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, which measures the competence of employees in managerial roles as section head.

Purpose
The objective of this research is to analyze Trust and Service Quality Impact To The Patient’s Satisfactory Level According To Customer Value As An Intervening Variable.
Trust, service quality, patient satisfaction, and customer value are very important to do research, with research on the problem, can be known credibility of the hospital in providing services to the community, especially to patients.
Design/Methodology/Approach
The method that is used in this research is survey method. This research uses purposive sampling for sample collecting technique. The research instrument of this research is questioner, and for statistic analysis method, this reseach uses PLS 3.0 to proove the hypothesis.
Expected findings:
The hypothesis in this research is there is effect of trust to patient’s satisfactory level in dr. Soekardjo public hospital in Tasikmalaya City, there is effect of trust to customer value, there is effect of service quality to patient’s satisfactory level, there is effect of customer value as intervening variable to patient’s trust and satisfactory level and there is effect of customer value as intervening variable to the quality of service and patient’s satisfactory level in dr. Soekardjo public hospital in Tasikmalaya City.
