METHOD
This
reseachaused
female
Gouramy-broodstock

weigh. Gouramy-broodstock obtainedfrom
fish
farmersfrom
the
village
of
Pasir Wetan,District
of
Purwokerto Barat, Banyumas. Research materials used are: progesterone (Progesteronewater
soluble,
Sigma
P7556),
GnRH
analoguewith
a
trademarkovaprim (Syndel Lab.
Vancouver, Canada), chemicalsfor
the
manufactureof
carp oocyte histology preparations, and chemicals to pool water qualitymeasurement-This
research was carried out experimentally using the experimental designcompletely
randomized
design
rvith

treatments
and
4
replications.
Totalfemale:broodstock post breeding required is 20 fish. Variables examined in this study
is
to
increasethe
diameterof
oocytes andoocyte maturity
level.
Oocyte
maturitylevel
is determined by the parametersclarity
oocyte and oocyte diameter (Wijaya et aI,2009).Maintenance performed
on
the Gouramy brood stockpond
soil.
One month beforethe
study, thepool
maintenancewhich also is
spawning preparedby
