The GMLCOV schema has a definition for a type called "AbstractDiscreteCoverageType" which is not specified as abstract=true.

Furthermore, this type is used unchanged as the content-model of a set of concrete element declarations.

This is confusing and inconsistent with other OGC XML Schemas
