c. Penelitian selanjutnya hendaknya dilakukan untuk melihat efektivitas program intervensi lainnya yang melibatkan social skills training karena keterampilan sosial ternyata juga dapat berpengaruh terhadap social phobia.

5.2.2. Saran Praktis

a. Psikoedukasi terhadap orang tua ataupun terhadap anggota keluarga lainnya sebaiknya terus dilakukan untuk membantu keberhasilan program intervensi. b. Pemantauan terhadap kondisi subjek sebaiknya terus dilakukan dalam kurun

waktu satu atau tiga bulan ke depan. Jika subjek mengalami kemunduran atau membutuhkan tindak lanjut, maka peneliti dapat menawarkan pilihan kepada subjek untuk berkonsultasi kepada Unit Pelayanan Psikologi USU atau pilihan lainnya.
