Tujuan dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui latar belakang lahirnya program kafesore di 89,7 Global Radio Bandung dan mengetahui peran dan job
description produser dalam program tersebut.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah metode deskriptif. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi pengamatan di lapangan melalui wawancara dan observasi, serta studi kepustakaan.

Lusty, NPM 210103120049, the titled of final report is "The Role of Producer kafesore program In 89.7 Global Radio Bandung". Supervisor, Drs. Dudy Zein, M. Si. Diploma program Applied Communication Expert Education, Faculty of Communication, University of Padjadjaran, Jatinangor.
The purpose of this final project is to investigate the background of kafesore program at 89.7 Global Radio Bandung and to know the role and job description of producer in that program.
A method used in writing the final report is descriptive method. Data collection techniques use by observation in the field through interviews and observation, and literature.
From the observations we can conclude that. To Producer, Music Director, Operators, Broadcasters and all the crew involved are requested to help each other in carrying out this kafesore program.literature study.
