RESUMEN
A través de una mirada panorámica se pretende explicar a Emilio Duhart como un arquitecto integral, es decir, un profesional que desarrolla varias facetas de su quehacer profesional de manera simultánea, sintética y consecuente con los principios del movimiento moderno que lo inspiran.

al Duhart estudiante, arquitecto, urbanista y académico, que acompañadas de sus escritos tienen por objeto demostrar cómo en cada uno de sus proyectos e intereses intenta trasladar las ideas de la arquitectura racionalista de vanguardia a la realidad de Chile de manera consciente y sintética. Logrando una adaptación armónica y coherente con la potencia paisajística del país andino y la idiosincrasia local.
Duhart es considerado uno de los arquitectos más relevantes de Latinoamérica, vinculado directamente a los referentes de vanguardia, y dotado de una capacidad proyectual capaz de aglutinar diferentes escalas y complejidades.
