ON EXPORT PROVISIONS OF FOREST INDUSTRY PRODUCTS
WITH THE BLESSING OF ONE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF TRADE OFTHE REPUBLIC OFINDONESIA,
Considering : a. That in order to increase the effectiveness of the export of
forest industry products, it is necessary to amend some
provisions in the Minister of Trade Regulation No. 89 /
M-DAG / PER / 10/2015 on Export Provisions of Forest
Industry Products;
b. Based on the considerations referred to in paragraph a, it
is necessary to stipulate the Minister of Trade Regulation
regarding the Amendment of the Minister of Trade
Regulation No. 89 / M-DAG / PER / 10/2015 on the

TO STIPULATE: THE MINISTER OF TRADE REGULATION ON THE
AMENDMENTS OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE
REGULATION NUMBER 89 / M-DAG / PER / 10 / 2015
ON EXPORT PROVISIONS OF FOREST INDUSTRY
PRODUCTS.
Article I
Some of the provisions and appendix in the Minister of Trade No. 89 / M-DAG
/ PER / 10/ 2015 on Export Provision of Forest Industry Products are
amended as follow:
1. The provision of Article 1 is amended so that Article 1 reads as follow:
Article I
1. The forest industry products are wood-based products and derivatives
as well as rattan goods.
3. V-Legal Document is a document certifying that the products met the
standards of export timber legality verification in accordance with the
provisions of the legislation.
4. Timber Legality Verification Agency, hereinafter abbreviated as LVLK
is the Indonesian legal entity who conducts the woodlegality
verification and has been appointed by the Minister of Environment
and Forestry as the publisher of V-Legal Documents.
5. Verification or Technical Investigation is theinspection of Forest
Industry Products conducted by the surveyor.
6. Surveyor is a survey company that is authorized to perform
verification or technical investigation.
7. Timber Legality Information System Online hereinafter called SILK
Online is an information system that serves as an information
centerof Timber Legality Verification System and as a media of
publishing V-Legal Documents.
8. Minister is the minister who held government affairs in the field of
trade.
9. Director General is the Director General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of
Commerce.
2. The provisions of Article 2 paragraph (2) is amended so that Article 2
reads as follow:
Article 2
(1)Export of Forest Industry Products is controlled.
(2)Forest Industry Products that arecontrolled for exports are divided
into Group A and Group B as listed in Annex I, which is an integral
part of this regulation.
3. The provisions of Article 4 paragraph (2) is deleted and paragraph (3) is
Article 4
(1)Exports of Forest Industry Products as referred to in Article 2
paragraph (2) under Group A must be accompanied by V-legal
documents issued by LVLK.
(2)Deleted.
(3)The provisions referred to in paragraph (1) shall not apply to Group B.
(4)V-Legal Documents referred to in paragraph (1) is used as a
complementary custom document required for the submission of
export custom declarations to the customs office.
4. Annex I ofthe Minister of Trade Regulation No. 89 / M-DAG / PER /
10/2015 on Export Provisions of Forest Industry Products is amended as
listed in the attachment which is an integral part of this regulation.
Article II
This regulation shall come into force 30 (thirty) days from the date of
promulgation.
For public cognizance, this Ministerial Regulation shall be promulgated in the
State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
