ABSTRAK
Instalasi Farmasi sebagai salah satu bagian dari sub sistem RSU Sari Mutiara Medan memiliki peran yang cukup besar dalam pelayanan terhadap pasien. Namun, belum ada sistem untuk mengelola proses pelayanan resep dan mengelola obat dan alat kesehatan sehingga sering terjadi kekurangan atau kelebihan produk karena perencanaannya berdasarkan tingkat konsumsi. Untuk itu perlu dirancang suatu penerapan Supply Chain Management Downstream berbasis mobile pada Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Obat dan Alat Kesehatan dengan menggunakan konsep Make-to-Order dan metode FAST (Framework for the Application of System Thinking) dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai basis datanya. Dengan penerapan modul Supply Chain Management pada pengelolaan obat dan alat kesehatan, diharapkan ketersediaan stok di instalasi farmasi dapat lebih terkendali. Sehingga proses pelayanan terhadap pasien di Rumah Sakit ini dapat berjalan maksimal.

ABSTRACT
The pharmaceutical installation is the one part of the sub-systems in Sari Mutiara General Hospital Medan has a considerable role in patient care. However, there is no system for managing the prescription service processes and managing the drugs and medical devices that often occurs of lacking or excessing the products because of the planning is based on the consumption level. It is necessary to design an implementation of mobile-based Supply Chain Management Downstream on Drugs and Medical Devices Management Information System using the Make-to-Order concept and FAST method (Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking) with the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. With the adoption of Supply Chain Management module on drugs and medical devices management, the availability of stock in the pharmaceutical installation will be organized. So that the process of patient services at this hospital will be optimally.
