ABSTRACT
Trafficking of women and children is one issue of non-traditional security threat for Indonesia.
Trafficking occurs because of lack of fulfillment of the fundamental rights granted by the state. The rights of human security concerns, like the right economic security, food security, health security,
Environmental security, personal security, community security, political security. Causing victims of trafficking targeted at vulnerable groups socially, economically, low education so do not have other skills, so that the No vote on the migration routes as well as children become commodities trading. This type of research use qualitative descriptive method. Secondary data collection techniques in the form of
analytical results obtained through the literature. The concept used is human trafficking, human security, national security, non-traditional security, and securitization. The results of this research is that trafficking threatens human security, including the national security of a country. Actors that play a role in the process of securitization in the national security agenda are activists and NGOs in the fight.
