Article

1

GENERAL OBJECTrVE

The Parties shall ende£:l:vor to strengthen bilateral ｲ･ｬ｡ｴ ｾ ｲＬｮｳ＠ through the enhancement of

consultations and the facilitation of exchange of visits. in -all fields of mutual interest,

particularly in the po1tica4 economic, trade, investmP,ni., fmarrcial> industrial, C!Jltural,

educational, social, sports, technical, research, science and technology fields.

Article 2

CONSULTATIONS AND VISITS

(1) The Parties shall encourage consultations and exchange of views on 1n.atters of

mutual interest regarding bilateral, regional and international issues

and

(2) The Parties shall promote the exchanges of visits, at appropriate levels, for the

purpose of reviewing and assessing the overall bilatera] relations, as well as of

identifyii1g the ways and means which are conduciv e to their closer

co-operation in all fields of mutual interest, periodically and alternately in the

Republic of Indonesia or in the Republic of Bulgaria.

(3) The dates and venues of the visits, as well as the agenda of consultations, shaH

be agreed upon by the Parties through diplomatic channels.

Article 3

OTHER FORMS

OF

CO-OPERATION

The Parties shall encourage:

( 1) Their diplomatic n1issions and consular posts including their permanent

missions to the United Nations and other international organizations, as well as

their delegations to the UN conferences and other international conferences, to

maintain close co-operation and to exchange information and views

of

mutual

interest;

(2) Other fonns of co-operation, as agreed upon by the Parties.

Article 4

Article 5

ENTRY INTO FORCE AND TERMINATION

( l)

This Memorandum of Understanding shall enter into force upon its signature.
