ABSTRAK
Inti dari permasalahan penelitian ini adalah mengenai persepsi orang tua murid tentang pengelola perpustakaan. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui Persepsi Orang Tua Murid Terhadap Pengelola Perpustakaan yang dilihat dari pengetahuan, komunikasi, dan keterampilan dari seorang pengelola perpustakaan di SLB Negeri Trituna Subanag. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran angket, wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Populasi penelitian ini adalah orang tua murid berjumlah 54 orang dan dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi orang tua terhadap pengetahuan pengelola perpustakaan SLB Negeri Trituna Subang terkategori sangat baik, persepsi orang tua terhadap komunikasi pengelola perpustakaan sangat baik, dan persepsi orang tua murid terhadap keterampilan pengelola perpustakaan juga sangat baik.

ABSTRACT
The core of problems this research is into perception of parents about library administrator. Aims for to knows perception parents who seen from the knowledge, communication, and skills from a libraryan in SLB Negeri Trituna Subang. The method used are descriptive, whereas the method of data collection techniques throught deployment, interview, observation, questionaire, and library studies. Test of reliability in this study using Alpha Crombach coefficient. These values are compared with the value of r captured the critical size of 0,70 or close to value of 1,00 then the result of a measurment of the level of trust the higher. Population this research is parents of student SLB Negeri Trituna Subang totaled 54 people. Sampel of result used all of population or total sampling. The result showed that the perception of parents towards knowledge library administrator is very good, perception of communication of library administrator is very good, and the perception of skills management library is very good. Then the perception parents of the library administrator is very good.
