OR=2,285 ;95% CI 1,18-4,42) diabetes mellitus (OR=3,041 ;95% CI 1,55-5,94), aktifitas fisik (OR= 2,163 ;95% CI 1,11-4,18), hipertensi (OR=3,353 ;95%), obesitas (OR=2,734 ;95% CI 1,40-5,34).

ABSTRACK
Coronary heart disease (CHD) is a disorder of the coronary arteries that occurs in the blood vessel wall thickening with luminal narrowing of atherosclerotic coronary arteries to disrupt blood flow to the heart muscle, causing damage and impaired function of the heart muscle. The purpose of this study was to identify risk factors for coronary heart disease events precipitating the elderly in hospital outpatient Langsa 2014.
This research is to study the analysis of the study case-control design, with cousecutive sampling technique to sample consisted of 74 cases and 74 controls CHD and non-CHD patients who seek treatment at the hospital Langsa poly disease. Data analysis consisted of bivariate analiis using the chi-square test and multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression.
Results of univariate analysis, most of the characteristics of respondents CHD ≥ 76 years old (68%), men (64%), high school (64%), self-employed (62%), smoking (60%), physical activity (60%) , DM (64%), hypertension (66%) and obesity (61%). Bivariate analysis between the incidence of CHD risk facto results suggest that risk factors have a significant influence on the incidence of CHD is smoking (OR = 2.285, 95% CI 1.18 to 4.42) diabetes mellitus (OR = 3.041, 95% CI 1, 55 to 5.94), physical activity (OR = 2.163, 95% CI 1.11 to 4.18), hypertension (OR = 3.353, 95%), obesity (OR = 2.734, 95% CI 1.40 to 5 , 34). With logistic regression is known that the most dominant factor in the incidence of CHD are hypertension (p = 0.01, Exp (B) = 3.858)
For patients with age at risk and have the risk of CHD is recommended for prevention efforts by maintaining a healthy lifestyle and blood lipid profile values, one of which is a regular blood pressure control to prevent complications such as CHD.
