ABSTRAK
Pendahuluan Jeruk nipis (Citrus aurantifolia) merupakan tanaman yang memiliki berbagai macam manfaat. Salah satunya sebagai antibakteri. Perbedaan konsentrasi air perasan jeruk nipis diduga berpengaruh dalam menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Streptococcu pyogenes secara in vitro.
Metode Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh konsentrasi air perasan jeruk nipis (Citrus aurantifolia) dalam menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri
Streptococcus pyogenes secara in vitro. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode eksperimental dengan desain Posttest Only Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian berasal dari biakan specimen klinis yang telah diidentifikasi sebagai bakteri Streptococcus pyogenes di Laboratorium Mikrobiologi FK USU dengan empat kali pengulangan yang diambil dengan menggunakan rumus Federer. Data hasil penelitian diolah dengan uji Kruskal-Wallis dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Regresi Linier.
Hasil Berdasarkan uji Kruskal-Wallis didapati nilai p sebesar 0,000 (CI 95%). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa varians zona hambat yang terbentuk pada lima konsentrasi yang berbeda memiliki perbedaan yang bermakna. Sedangkan pada uji Regresi Liner didapatkan nilai p sebesar ,000 (CI 95%) yang membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh konsentrasi dalam menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri
Streptococcus pyogenes secara in vitro.
Diskusi Dari hasil analisis data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi konsentrasi air perasan jeruk nipis, maka daya hambat terhadap bakteri
Streptococcus pyogenes secara in vitro semakin besar. Untuk ke depannya diharapkan akan ada penelitian-penelitian lain mengenai pengaruh konsentrasi air jeruk nipis terhadap bakteri lainnya.

ABSTRACT
Introduction Lime (Citrus aurantifolia) is a plant which has many benefits. One
of them is as an antibacteria. The differences of concentration of lime fruit squeeze was assumed to take impact in inhibit the growth of the bacteria Streptococcus pyogenes in vitro condition.
Methods The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of concentration
of lime fruit (Citrus aurantifolia) squeeze towards the growth of the bacteria Streptococcus pyogenes in vitro condition. This research was conducted with experimental methods with Post Only Control Group Design.
relationship between the history of asthma and atopic dermatitis for the event of allergic rhinitis by the 13-14 years old school students in Pasaman regency.. The population in this research were all 13-14 years old school students in Pasaman regency. Samples were 190 students, taken by cluster sampling method. Research data was analyzed with Chi Square hypothesis test.
Results Based on the Chi Square test, the p value is 0,000 (CI 95%) for both
history of asthma and atopic dermatitis. It shows that there is a relationship between the history of asthma and atopic dermatitis for the event of allergic rhinitis. The prevalence ratio for history of asthma and atopic dermatitis are 2,079 and 2,381, respectively, so it can be assumed that the history of asthma and atopic dermatitis are the risk factors for allergic rhinitis.
Discussion The conclusion of this research is there is a relationship between the
history of asthma and atopic dermatitis and the event of allergic rhinitis by the 13-14 years old school students in Pasaman regency. The limitations of this research are: a limited amount of time in doing this research, some weaknesses of the design of the research and sampling method, the data collection was only based on the questionnaire, and also the competency of school students in answering the questions from the questionnaire. For the future, hoped that there will another researches about the history of asthma, atopic derma titis and other factors as the risk factors for allergic rhinitis.
