IDENTIFIKASI FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENDUKUNG PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN PENJASORKES SEKOLAH DASAR SE-KECAMATAN DLINGO KABUPATEN BANTUL

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan kelancaran proses pembelajaran penjasorkes di sekolah dasar se-Kecamatan Dlingo Bantul. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang mendukung pelaksanaan pembelajaran penjasorkes.
Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah guru penjasorkes dan siswa kelas atas yang mewakili dari 6 sekolah dasar yang diambil secara rendem, mewakili setiap kelurahan. Penelitian ini mengunakan teknik analisis interaktif yang dikembangkan oleh Miles dan Huberman (1992: 18).
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor yang mendukung pelaksanaan pembelajaran penjasorkes sekolah dasar se-Kecamatan Dlingo, Bantul yaitu : (1) Faktor Guru, guru penjasorkes tidak mengalami kesulitan dalam mengajar penjasorkes di sekolah dasar; (2) Faktor Siswa, karena penjasorkes pelajaran yang paling disukai siswa, sehingga siswa bersemangat mengikuti pembelajaran; (3) Faktor Kurikulum, implementasi kurikulum 2013 yang relative baru, dan masih ada guru yang belum mendapatkan pelatihan. Guru penjasorkes tetap mengunakan kurikulum 2013 sebagai pedoman dalam melaksankan pembelajaran; (4) Faktor Sarana dan Prasarana, guru penjasorkes kreatif meodifikasi sarana dan prasarana yang kurang, sehingga pembelajaran tetap berjalan; (5) Faktor Metode, dalam menyusun strategi guru penjasorkes mengunakan metode yang menyesuikan pada sarpras dan kondisi siswa. Sehingga pebelajaran dapat berjalan dengan lancar; dan (6) Faktor Lingkungan, semua elemen di sekolah berperan dan mendukung prosess pembelajaran penjasorkes, sehingga proses pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Semua faktor di atas mendukung pelaksanaan pebelajaran penjasorkes di sekolah dasar se-Kecamatan Dlingo, Bantul.
IDENTIFICATION FOR THE SUPPORTING FACTORS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION LEARNING IMPLEMENTATION IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS IN DLINGO, BANTUL
ABSTRACT
This research is inspired by the smooth process of physical education learning in elementary schools in Dlingo, Bantul. The purpose of this study is to find out the supporting factors for the implementation of physical education learning.
This study was a qualitative research with data retrieval technique using observation, interviews and documentation. The respondents in this study were the teachers and the senior students who were representing from 6 elementary schools taken randomly, they were representing each village. This research used an interactive analysis techniques developed by Miles and Huberman (1992: 18).
The results show that the supporting factors for the implementation of physical education learning in several elementary schools in Dlingo, Bantul, namely: (1) Teacher factor, physical education teachers have no difficulty in teaching the material of physical education in elementary school; (2) Students factor, most of the students have some preference on the subject of physical education, so that the students are keen on learning it; (3) Curriculum factor, the implementation of curriculum 2013 is relatively new, and there are some teachers who have not received the training for delivering this curriculum. The physical education teachers, however, maintain the curriculum 2013 as a guidance in implementing physical education learning; (4) Infrastructures factor, the teachers have some creative actions in modifying some lacking infrastructure for physical education, so that the learning is still running; (5) The method factor, in formulating the strategies, the teachers use methods that adjust the infrastructure of physical education and the conditions of the students. So the physical education learning can run smoothly; and (6) Environmental factors, all of the elements in school play some roles and support the physical education learning-process, so that the learning process can run smoothly. All of these factors support the implementation of physical education learning in elementary schools in Dlingo, Bantul.
