Perbedaan Kebocoran Mikro Antara Kompomer Dengan Komposit Self-Adhered Pada Restorasi Kelas V – Bagoes Prakoso Utomo – 160110090004
ABSTRAK
Perbedaan sistem adhesif dan karakteristik antara kompomer dengan komposit self-adhered menghasilkan kekuatan ikat yang berbeda. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk melihat perbedaan kebocoran mikro antara kompomer dengan komposit self-adhered.
Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian eksperimental laboratoris dengan jumlah sampel 30 gigi premolar yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok dan dipreparasi kavitas kelas V komposit. Kelompok I direstorasi menggunakan kompomer merek Dyract® flowable compomer restorative. Kelompok II direstorasi menggunakan komposit self-adhered merek Dyad™ Flow. Sampel direndam dalam campuran larutan methylene blue 2% dan saliva buatan selama 24 jam di dalam inkubator dengan suhu 37°C. Setelah perendaman, gigi dipotong arah vertikal sesuai sumbu panjang gigi. Pada potongan gigi tersebut dilakukan pengamatan adanya penetrasi cairan di antara tepi kavitas gigi dengan bahan restorasi. Pengamatan dilakukan menggunakan mikroskop stereo perbesaran 50 kali menggunakan skor 0-3. Data diuji statistik menggunakan uji kesamaan proporsi.
Hasil penelitian diuji statistik dengan menggunakan uji kesamaan proporsi, yang menunjukan hasil kebocoran mikro yang sama antara kompomer dengan komposit self-adhered (p-value 0,271 > 0,05).
Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kompomer dengan komposit self-adhered.

Different of Microleakage Between Compomer and Composite Self-Adhered on Class V Restorations – Bagoes Prakoso Utomo – 160110090004
ABSTRACT
The differences of adhesive systems and characteristics between compomer
and composite self-adhered produce different connective strength. The purpose of
this research was to see the different on microleakage between compomer with
composite self-adhered.
Type of the research is laboratory experimental research with total sample of
30 premolars divided into 2 groups and prepared for composite class V cavities.
Group I was restored with Dyract® flowable compomer restorative. Group II was
restored with composite self-adhered Dyad™ flow brand. Samples were restored
in a mixture of 2% methylene blue solution and artificial saliva for 24 hours in
incubator at temperature of 37°C. After soaking, tooth pieces were observed to
see the penetration of liquids among of the edge of cavities with the restoration.
Observations were made using a stereo microscope with magnification 50 times
based on the score of 0-3. Data was statically tested using same proportion.
The results of research are tested using statistic same proportion test, showed
results same microleakage between compomer and composite self-adhered
(p-value 0.271> 0.05).
Summary of the research there is no significant difference of microleakage
between compomer with composite self-adhered.
