Jurnal Ilmu dan Teknologi Kelautan Tropis (JITKT), published since June 2009, starting
in December 2010 was published in print and electronic. The name of E-Jurnal Ilmu dan
Teknologi Kelautan Tropis with ISSN (Online) 2085-6695 starting from 2009-2017, then it
changes in 2018 with name Jurnal Ilmu dan Teknologi Kelautan Tropis with ISSN (Online) 2620-309X until now. This journal is a scientific journal in the field of tropical marine science and technology and is published periodically three times a year by the Department of Marine Science and Technology of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science-IPB University, Indonesian Association of Oceanologists, and the Association of Indonesian Coastal Management Experts. Tropis Vol.13 No.1, April 2021 online and in print. This journal is an information media and
dissemination for the results of research in marine science and technology field, especially in Indonesia and Southeast Asian regions. This journal is expected to actively and continuously disseminate the best research results to various stakeholders.
This edition is published in 14 articles. All articles had been reviewed through a rigorous review process by reviewers/partners. We would like to express our appreciation and gratitude to the writers and reviewers.
This edition is complemented by an index loaded on the final page of the journal to help readers finding page or location. Also to find any topic the author considered.
