THE SUPPORT TO DEVELOPMENT OF THE ISLAMIC HIGHER EDUCATION PROJECT PROCUREMENT OF CIVIL WORKS IN FOUR UNIVERSITIES

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia (GOI) through the Ministry of Religious Affairs (MORA) has received a financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) in various currencies toward the cost of the Support to Development of the Islamic Higher Education Project. It is intended that part of the proceed of this financing will be applied to eligible payments under the contracts for Constructing of New Buildings and Supporting Infrastructures for 4 (four) universities, namely (1) State Islamic University (UIN) of Sumatera Utara in Medan, North Sumatera, (2) State Islamic University (UIN) of Raden Fatah in Palembang, South Sumatera, (3) State Islamic University (UIN) of Walisongo in Semarang, Central Java and (4) State Islamic University (UIN) Mataram in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara.
The respective unversities now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction and completion (1). State Islamic University of Sumatera Utara, Medan with total area of 26.000m2, (2). State Islamic University of Raden Fatah, Palembang with total area of 33.000m2, (3) State Islamic University of Walisongo, Semarang with total area of 26.400m2, (4) State Islamic University (UIN) Mataram in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara with total area of 25.150m2.

A complete set of soft copy of the bidding documents in English can be collected by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above address and free of charge.
The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the Islamic Development Bank Standard Bidding Documents: Procurement of Works.
Bids must be delivered to the above offices on or before 10:00 local time on 8 November 2017 and must be accompanied by a security of IDR. 3.000.000.000,00 (Three billions rupiah).
