ANNOUNCEMENT
Based on information from Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS) or I ndonesia Deposit I nsurance Corporation, we hereby announce that :
The
Maximum amount
of Customer Deposit which will be guaranteed by
Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan
( LPS) or I ndonesia Deposit I nsurance Corporation w ill be :
Rp.2.000.000.000,- ( Tw o Billion Rupiah)
For each customer/ Bank
Valid from: 15 October 2008
The
Maximum interest
that will be guaranteed by the LPS and apply to all periods of Time Deposits :
Valid from: 15 September 2017 – 15 January 2018
Customers that receives Time Deposit interest rate above the interest rate as announced by LPS must provide a statement letter declaring their willingness to accept any risk on the TD as an ineligible for payment/ redemption if Bank’s license is revoked pursuant to the provisions under Article 19.1 of Law No. 24 of 2004 as amended by Law No. 7 of 2009 Law on I DI C.
