THE PURPOSE OF THE
RESEARCH
1. Knowing the type of garbage caught by the roots of Rhizopora sp 2. Knowing the mangrove
tree that catches the most marine debris 3. Knowing whether the
data has a significant comparison between the each type waste
4. find out the correlation between types of waste and mangrove roots

Comparison of Garbage catch between each root of Rhizopora sp
shows that the mangrove trees Rhizopora sp 1-10 have similarities where the dominant marine debris is plastic type waste and the most catches of plastic waste are caught by tree roots 1.

CONCLU SION
marine debris caught on the roots of Rhizopora sp mangroves were found plastic waste, metal waste, glass waste, rubber waste, and cloth waste
Tree 1 is the tree whose roots catch the most marine debris.
From analysis non parametric the data has a significant comparison between each type as seen in the results of the Dunn test
Result from correlation person is Cloth, Metal, and Plastic has no correlation between types of waste and root circumference of Rhizopora sp
the Rubber and glass has correlation between types of waste and root circumference of Rhizopora sp
SUGGESTION
1. Further research is needed for the capture of marine debris in the mangrove roots of Rhizopora sp
2. don't throw garbage into the sea and apply 5R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Recovery, Repair).
