“ANALISIS FAKTOR - FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUH PROFESIONALISASI MAHASISWA AKUNTANSI UNIVERSITAS
SUMATERA UTARA DALAM MENINGKATKAN DAYA SAING PROFESI AKUNTAN MENGHADAPI MASYARAKAT
EKONOMI ASEAN".
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi profesionalisasi mahasiswa akuntansi Universitas Sumatera Utara dalam meningkatkan daya saing profesi akuntan menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean.Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kausal yang diuji menggunakan analisis regeresi berganda.Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, variabel faktor pendidik, interkoneksitas kurikulum, dan spesifikasi kompetensi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap profesionalisasi mahasiswa akuntansi Universitas Sumatera Utara.Secara parsial, masing-masing variabel memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profesionalisasi mahasiswa akuntansi.

DEALING WITH PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS ASEAN ECONOMIC ".
The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the professionalization of North Sumatra University accounting students in improving the competitiveness of the accounting profession face the Asean Economic Community. This research is a causal associative tested using multiple regeresi analysis. The number of samples in this research were 100 respondents, with data collection was done using a questionnaire. The results showed that simultaneous, variable factors educators, curriculum interconnectivity, and specification of competence affect positively and significantly to professionalism of accounting students of Universitas Sumatera Utara. partially, each variable has a positive and significant impact on the professionalization of accounting students.
