Kepada responden yang terhormat,

Saya Andres, adalah mahasiswa Universitas Kristen Petra Program Manajemen Bisnis yang sedang melakukan penyusunan tugas akhir dengan lokasi outlet Mini Melts di Surabaya. Angket yang diberikan kepada Bapak/ Ibu berikan hanya dipergunakan untuk kepentingan penelitian semata. Tidak ada jawaban yang salah dalam angket ini.
