MODEL LOGLINIER TIGA DIMENSI UNTUK MENGETAHUI HUBUNGAN JALUR MASUK, ASAL SEKOLAH DAN INDEKS PRESTASI
KUMULATIF (IPK) PADA MAHASISWA FMIPA UNIVERSITAS SUMATERA UTARA
ABSTRAK
Kualitas mahasiswa merupakan tinggi rendahnya prestasi belajar mahasiswa selama perkuliahan di perguruan tinggi yang dapat dilihat dari nilai evaluasi belajar, baik nilai evaluasi di setiap semester maupun rekapitulasi nilai Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK). Memiliki IPK yang tinggi akan lebih memungkinkan atau membuka peluang yang lebih besar bagi para lulusan untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) terbagi dua yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan faktor internal yaitu jalur masuk universitas dan Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) mahasiswa. Faktor eksternal yaitu asal daerah sekolah SMA atau sederajat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterkaitan antar faktor internal dan eksternal dalam kualitas mahasiswa dengan metode model loglinier. Prosedur yang digunakan untuk menganalisis model loglinier tiga dimensi adalah: (1) menentukan statistik cukup minimal, (2) uji independensi, (3) estimasi nilai harapan, (4) uji
Goodness of Fit, (5) uji asosiasi parsial, (6) pemilihan model terbaik, (6)
interpretasi parameter dengan odds ratio. Estimasi dalam model loglinier mengunakan maksimum likelihood. Uji signifikansi dari model-model yang telah diperoleh digunakan uji Goodness of Fit. Hasil analisis yang dilakukan bahwa model loglinier tiga dimensi yang terbaik adalah model ���� = �+ ���+��� +
���+����� yang disimbolkan dengan (�,��). Berdasarkan model tersebut diketahui ada hubungan asal daerah sekolah SMA atau sederajat dengan tingkat IPK menurut jenis jalur masuk.

ABSTRACT
The quality of students is high or low achievement of students during lectures at universities can be seen from the value of the evaluation study, both the value of evaluation in each semester and recapitulation value GPA (GPA). Have a high GPA will further enable or greater opportunities for graduates to get jobs. Factors affecting the grade point average (GPA) is divided into two, namely internal factors and external factors. This study used an internal factor is the path to go to university and grade point average (GPA) of students. External factors, namely the origin area high school or equivalent. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between internal and external factors in the quality of the student with the methods loglinier models. The procedure used to analyze the three- dimensional model of loglinier are: (1) determine the minimal sufficient statistics, (2) test of independence, (3) estimate the expected value, (4) Goodness of Fit test, (5) partial association test, (6) selecting the best model, (6) the interpretation of the odds ratio parameters. Estimates in the model using maximum likelihood loglinier. Test the significance of the models that have been obtained using test of Goodness of Fit. The results of the analysis conducted that the three-dimensional model of the best loglinier is a model ���� = �+ ���+���+���+����� symbolized by (�,��). Based on the model of the relationship is known to exist along regional high school or equivalent with a GPA level according to the type of driveway.
