Under the auspices of the U.S.-Morocco Free Trade Agreement, on November 10, 2017, Morocco’s Cereals Office (ONICL) announced the results of the second U.S. wheat tender of calendar year 2017. As a partial result of the re-tendering and subsequent successful allocation, 2017 will mark the first year that the United States makes full use of its allotted TRQ for common wheat. The second tender for U.S. durum wheat was unsuccessful.
