B a s e d on P e c k in g O rd er Theory, th e o b jective o f this s tu d y is to e xa m in e th e e ffe c t

o f d iv id e n d p o licy, p rofita bility, sa les grow th, a n d to ta l assets g ro w th tow ards

fin a n c ia l le ve ra g e a n d the e ffe c t o f fin a n c ia l leve ra g e as a n in te rv e n in g va ria b le
