Pengaruh Antara Budaya Sekolah Terhadap Efektivitas Proses Pembelajaran Di SMA Negeri Kota Cimahi

Penelitian yang dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Negeri di Kota Cimahi ini latarbelakangi pada masalah pokok, yaitu kurang tercapainya efektivitas proses pembelajaran di SMA Negeri kota Cimahi. Hal ini diindikasikan kurang tercapainya target capaian pembelajaran, masih adanya siwa yang kurang bersemangat dalam mengikuti kegitan proses pembelajaran.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memperoleh data secara jelas dan aktual tentang bagaimana gambaran pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap efektivitas proses pembelajaran di sekolah menengah atas negeri di kota Cimahi.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif serta ditunjang dengan studi kepustakaan. Adapun yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru di SMA Negeri kota Cimahi, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 81 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa angket. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah: 1) Weighted Means

Score (WMS); 2) Uji Normalitas (Chi Kuadrat); dan 3) Analisis Korelasi dengan

rumus Pearson Product Moment.

Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah budaya sekolah yang ada di SMA Negeri kota Cimahi berada pada kategori baik. Sementara itu, untuk efektivitas proses pembelajaran di SMA Negeri kota Cimahi berada pada kategori baik. Adapun tingkat hubungan korelasi antara budaya sekolah terhadap efektivitas proses pembelajaran termasuk dalam katagori sedang. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa budaya sekolah tidak hanya variabel yang mempengaruhi efektivitas proses pembelajaran, tetapi terdapat beberapa variabel lain di luar variabel budaya sekolah yang mempengaruhi efektivitas proses pembelajaran yang memerlukan penelitian lebih lanjut.

Research conducted at the High School (SMA) State in Cimahi this background, the main problems, namely the lack of achievement of the effectiveness of the learning process in SMA Cimahi. This indicated lack of achieving the target of the learning achievements, there are still students who are less eager to follow the activity of the learning process.

The purpose of this study is to obtain a clear and actual data about how the

image of the influence of school culture on the effectiveness of the learning process in secondary schools in the country Cimahi.

This research was conducted by using descriptive quantitative approach and supported by literature study. As for the population in this study were teachers in SMA Cimahi, with a total sample of 81 teachers. Data collection techniques used in the form of a questionnaire. Data processing techniques used are: 1) Weighted Score Means (WMS); 2) Normality Test (Chi Square); and 3) Correlation analysis with Pearson Product Moment formula.

The conclusion of this research is that there is a school culture in SMA

Cimahi be in the good category. Meanwhile, for the effectiveness of the learning process in SMA Cimahi be in the good category. The degree of correlation between school culture on the effectiveness of learning processes are included in the category of being. The results also prove that the school culture is not the only variable affecting the effectiveness of the learning process, but there are several other variables outside of school cultural variables that influence the effectiveness of the learning process that requires further research.
