Farmland Management and Sustainable Agriculture Practices for Flood Management in Selected River Basins (FMSRB) Project – ADB Loan 3440-INO
The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has reveived an ADB loan to finance Flood Management in Selected River Basins (FMSRB) Project located in Cidanau Ciujung and Cidurian River Basin Territories (Wilayah Sungai) which will be implemented in 2016-2021. Part of this loan will be used for payment under the contract named above.
The Directorate of Land Expansion and Protection will recruit the consultant firm in conformity with ADB’s Guidelines on the Use of Consultants (March 2013, as amended from time to time). The consultant team will be stationed in Jakarta and Banten Province and would be responsible for supporting the followings.
Main activities: to enhance basin data and information and preparation of integrated flood risk management (IFRM) plans for the Cidanau Ciujung and Cidurian River Basin Territories and to assist DGWR as the Implementing Agency which will lead the overall project implementation. The consultant team also will help facilitate the CPMU/CPIU and accelerate the project performance at all levels.
The consultants will be required to mobilize national team for parallel and intermittent assignments according to the project tasks and requirements as specified in the detailed TORs. The assignment will require a total input of 180 PM of national experts.
Interested consultants may download the TORs and the Expresssion of Interest (EOI) format from cms.adb.org. The EOI should be submitted by April 30, 2017.
