4. Tujuan :

a. Meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang kerangka konseptual / teori manajemen stratejik sehingga mampu melakukan suatu penelitian di bidang manajemen bisnis dalam rangka pengembangan ilmu.

b. Meningkatkan kemampuan dalam merumuskan dan menganalisa masalah manajemen stratejik sehingga mampu memecahkan masalah bisnis baik tingkat fungsional , bisnis, maupun korporat.

5. Metode Pengajaran :

a. Penyampaian materi tentang konsep, teori, hasil penelitian, kasus-kasus manajemen stratejik, dikaitkan dengan kondisi yang sedang berkembang.

b. Presentasi kelompok dan diskusi aktif berdasarkaan tugas individual/kelompok yang diberikan atau hasil penelitian dan/atau kasus.

3. Ujian Tengah Semester (UTS) dan Ujian Akhir Semester (UAS). Sifat ujian adalah salah satu atau kombinasi Close Bokks, Open Bokks dan Take Home Test.

4. Komposisi Nilai Ujian :

-Partisipasi / Keaktipan dan diskusi (10%) -Tugas / Makalah (20%)

-Ujian Tengah Semester (30%) -Ujian Akhir Semester (40%)

5. Pembina diharapkan menyerahkan 2 (dua) soal UTS dan / atau UAS kepada

Koordinator sesuai dengan materi yang telah diberikan untuk diintegrasikan, paling lambat 1 (satu) minggu sebelum ujian dilaksanakan.
