Services​​is​​permissible​​if​​done​​in​​accordance​with​ ​​the​​provisions​​of​​the​​robots.txt​​file,​​however, scraping​​the​​Services​​without​​the​​prior​​consent​of​ ​​Twitter​​is​​expressly​​prohibited);​​(iv)​​forge​​any TCP/IP​​packet​​header​​or​​any​​part​​of​​the​​header​information​ ​​in​​any​​email​​or​​posting,​​or​​in​​any​​way use​​the​​Services​​to​​send​​altered,​​deceptive​​or​​false​​source-identifying​information;​ ​​or​​(v)​​interfere with,​​or​​disrupt,​​(or​​attempt​​to​​do​​so),​​the​​access​​of​​any​​user,​host​ ​​or​​network,​​including,​​without limitation,​​sending​​a​​virus,​​overloading,​​flooding,​​spamming,​​mail-bombing​​the​​Services,​​or​​by scripting​​the​​creation​​of​​Content​​in​​such​​a​​manner​as​ ​​to​​interfere​​with​​or​​create​​an​​undue​​burden​​on the​​Services.​​We​​also​​reserve​​the​​right​​to​​access,​​read,​​preserve,​​and​​disclose​​any​​information​​as we​​reasonably​​believe​​is​​necessary​​to​​(i)​satisfy​ ​​any​​applicable​​law,​​regulation,​​legal​​process​​or governmental​​request,​​(ii)​​enforce​​the​​Terms,​​including​​investigation​​of​​potential​​violations​​hereof, (iii)​​detect,​​prevent,​​or​​otherwise​​address​​fraud,​security​ ​​or​​technical​​issues,​​(iv)​​respond​​to​​user support​​requests,​​or​​(v)​​protect​​the​​rights,​​property​or​ ​​safety​​of​​Twitter,​its​ ​​users​​and​​the​​public. Twitter​​does​​not​​disclose​​personally-identifying​​information​to​ ​​third​​parties​except​ ​​in​​accordance​​with our​​Privacy​​Policy.

dev.twitter.com​.

If​​you​​use​​advertising​​features​​of​​the​​Services,​​you​​must​​agree​​to​​our​​​​Twitter​​Master​​Services

Your​ ​Account

You​​may​​need​​to​​create​​an​​account​​to​use​ ​​some​​of​​our​Services.​ ​​You​​are​​responsible​​for

safeguarding​​your​​account,​​so​​use​​a​​strong​​password​and​ ​​limit​​its​​use​to​ ​​this​​account.​​We​​cannot and​​will​​not​​be​​liable​​for​​any​​loss​​or​damage​ ​​arising​​from​​your​​failure​​to​​comply​​with​​the​​above. You​​can​​control​​most​​communications​​from​​the​​Services.​​We​​may​​need​​to​​provide​​you​​with​​certain communications,​​such​​as​​service​announcements​ ​​and​​administrative​​messages.​​These

Ending​ ​These​ ​Terms

Limitation​ ​of​ ​Liability

TO​​THE​​MAXIMUM​​EXTENT​​PERMITTED​BY​ ​​APPLICABLE​​LAW,​​THE​​TWITTER​​ENTITIES SHALL​​NOT​​BE​​LIABLE​​FOR​ANY​ ​​INDIRECT,​​INCIDENTAL,​​SPECIAL,​​CONSEQUENTIAL​​OR PUNITIVE​​DAMAGES,​​OR​​ANY​​LOSS​OF​ ​​PROFITS​​OR​​REVENUES,​​WHETHER​​INCURRED DIRECTLY​​OR​​INDIRECTLY,​​OR​​ANY​​LOSS​​OF​​DATA,​​USE,​​GOOD-WILL,​​OR​​OTHER

SERVICES​​GIVING​​RISE​​TO​​THE​​CLAIM.​​THE​​LIMITATIONS​​OF​​THIS​​SUBSECTION​​SHALL APPLY​​TO​​ANY​​THEORY​​OF​LIABILITY,​ ​​WHETHER​​BASED​​ON​​WARRANTY,​​CONTRACT, STATUTE,​​TORT​​(INCLUDING​​NEGLIGENCE)​​OR​OTHERWISE,​ ​​AND​​WHETHER​​OR​​NOT​​THE TWITTER​​ENTITIES​​HAVE​​BEEN​​INFORMED​​OF​​THE​​POSSIBILITY​​OF​​ANY​​SUCH​​DAMAGE, AND​​EVEN​​IF​​A​​REMEDY​​SET​​FORTH​​HEREIN​​IS​​FOUND​​TO​​HAVE​​FAILED​​OF​​ITS​​ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

We​​may​​revise​​these​​Terms​​from​​time​​to​​time.​​The​​changes​​will​​not​be​ ​​retroactive,​​and​​the​​most current​​version​​of​​the​​Terms,​​which​​will​​always​​be​​at​​twitter.com/tos,​​will​​govern​​our​​relationship​​with you.​​We​​will​​try​​to​​notify​​you​​of​​material​revisions,​ ​​for​​example​​via​​a​​service​​notification​​or​​an​​email to​​the​​email​​associated​​with​​your​​account.​​By​continuing​ ​​to​​access​​or​use​ ​​the​​Services​​after​​those revisions​​become​​effective,​​you​​agree​​to​​be​​bound​​by​​the​​revised​​Terms.
