PENGARUH FAKTOR INTERNAL KARYAWAN DAN FAKTOR EKSTERNAL KARYAWAN TERHADAP KINERJA ORGANISASI DI
YAYASAN PENDIDIKAN AL-AZHAR DI MEDAN
Ada banyak lembaga pendidikan di Indonesia, Negeri dan Swasta,Lokal dan Internasional,dan pendidikan berbasis agama,ada beberapa cara untuk menstabilakan prestasi siswa – siswa yang ada, dengan cara meningkatkan kinerha organisasi, dimana faktor internal karyawan dan faktor eskternal karyawan mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi. Salah satu tujuannya adalah Yayasan Pendidikan Al-Azhar di Medan dimana pencapaian prestasi siswa- siswi merupakan tujuan mereka.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal karyawan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian dari karyawan Yayasan Pendidikan Al-Azhar di Medan .Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 Responden. Pengambila sampel menggunakan metode proportionate random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Faktor Internal Karyawanberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap kinerja organisasi di Yayasan Pendidikan Al-Azhar di Medan. Dan Faktor Eksternal Karyawan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi di Yayasan Pendidikan Al-Azhar di Medan. Melalui pengujian koefisien determinasi yang disesuaikan (Adjusted R Square) diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,5, berarti 50% Kinerja Organisasi dipengaruhi oleh variable faktor internal karyawan dan faktor eksternal karyawan, sisanya sebesar 50% dipengaruhi oleh – faktor – faktor yang lain yang tidak termasuk pada penelitian ini. Faktor Internal Karyawan dominan mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi di Yayasan Pendidikan Al-Azhar di Medan.

THE INFLUENCE OF EMPLOYEE INTERNAL FACTORS AND EMPLOYEE EXTERNAL FACTORS FOR ORGANIZATIONS ON PERFORMANCE IN AL-AZHAR EDUCATION FOUNDATION IN MEDAN
There are many educational institutions in Indonesia, public and private, local and international, and the religious-based education, there are several ways to stabilize student achievement – students, by means of improving the performance of organizations, where the factor of internal employees and external factors affecting the performance of the employees of the organization. One of the goal is Al-Azhar Education Foundation in Medan where the achievement of student achievement is their goal.
The purpose of this research is to know the influence factor of the internal and external factors on performance of employees of the organization. The population in this research is a part of the employees of the Al-Azhar Education Foundation in Medan. The sample used as many as 100 Respondents. The sample uses the retrieval system proportionate random sampling. The research of using multiple linear regression analysis
The results showed that Internal factors are positive and significant effect of the employees against the performance of the Organization in Al-Azhar Education Foundation in Medan. And external factors influential Employee positive and insignificant towards organizational performance in Al-Azhar Education Foundation in Medan. Through testing the determination of the coefficients are adjusted (Adjusted R Square) obtained the value of 0.5, means 50% organizational performance is affected by the variable internal factors external factors for employees and the employees, the remaining 50% are affected by – the other factors – factors that are not included in this research.
