TERMIN PEMBAYARAN

TAHAP I :

Reservation Fee Rp 5 Juta pada saat reservasi dan berlaku selama 7 (tujuh) hari.

TAHAP II :

7 (tujuh) hari setelah reservasi, pembayaran 15% dari nilai paket.

TAHAP III :

4 (empat) bulan sebelum pelaksanaan acara, pembayaran 40% dari nilai paket.

TAHAP IV :

2 (dua) bulan sebelum pelaksanaan acara, pelunasan 45% terhadap nilai minimum harga paket.

TAHAP V:

Penambahan atau Additional dibayarkan 2 (dua) minggu sebelum pelaksanaan acara.

Catatan :

Pemesanan kurang dari 6 (enam) bulan sebelum tanggal pemakaian, termin pembayaran akan disesuaikan dengan tanggal dan bulan pelak-sanaan event

dekorasi pelaminan dan photo studio telah diterima pihak

Balai Kartini.

2. Pemesanan yang dilakukan setelah pelaksanaan Technical

meeting merupakan biaya tambahan dan konfirmasi

pemesanan dilakukan selambat - lambatnya 14 (empat

belas) hari sebelum pelaksanaan acara.

3. Makanan dan minuman yang telah dipesan tidak dapat

dibatalkan, semua jenis menu makanan dan minuman

hanya dapat dipesan dari Balai Kartini dan tidak

diperkenankan membawa makanan atau minuman dari

luar.

4. Design lay out ruang dan pengaturan flow tamu tidak

diperkenankan menghilangkan fungsi fasilitas umum.

5. Loading dekorasi pelaminan, hiburan, photo studio

dilakukan mulai pukul 00:00 pada hari/tanggal yang telah

dipesan dan vendor yang ditunjuk telah melengkapi

surat izin pekerjaan.

6. Loading oleh rekanan / vendor dapat dilaksanakan apabila

pembayaran telah dilaksanakan keseluruhannya.

Deposit diberlakukan untuk non rekanan, dengan

ketentuan sesuai dengan ketentuan pada rekanan.

LAIN-LAIN

PEMBATALAN

A. Jika pembatalan dilakukan secara sepihak oleh client yang

disebabkan karena keinginan client, maka pembayaran yang

sudah diterima tidak dapat dikembalikan.

B. Perubahan tanggal reservasi hanya dapat dilakukan 1 (satu)

kali pada tahun yang sama, selama tanggal yang diinginkan

masih kosong dan harga yang berlaku sesuai saat tanggal

pemakaian baru.

C. Informasi perubahan tanggal disampaikan secara tertulis

selambat-lambatnya 6 (enam) bulan sebelum tanggal yang

dibatalkan.

D. Apabila terjadi seperti Force Majeur ( Bencana Alam, kema

langan akan diselesaikan dengan cara musyawarah )

E. Segala perselisihan yang timbul antara client dengan Balai

Kartini oleh karena sebuah hal. akan diselesaikan dengan

cara musyawarah, namun apabila tidak dapat diselesaikan

dengan cara tersebut, maka Balai Kartini berhak menyele-

saikannya melalui jalur hukum yang berlaku.
