Abstract

School is an institution in which there are components of teachers, students, and administrative staff who have the duty and responsibility of each. The role of a teacher or instructor is an important part that needs to be noted that impact on the performance of the teachers themselves. Teacher Performance Assessment System is a method used in evaluating the performance of a teacher. SMK N 1 Bancak has conducted teacher performance assessment instruments, but the performance appraisal process is done manually therefore feel is the impact on the accumulation of data or documents that can not be dammed. Thus, this research will be design Teacher Performance Assessment System
