ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana Pengetahuan Mahasiswa Magang dengan Latar Belakang Pendidikan Non-Ilmu Perpustakaan Mengenai Kegiatan Pengolahan dan Pelayanan Perpustakaan di Perpustakaan Terintegrasi Universitas Kristen Maranatha. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui angket, observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa setelah mengikuti program magang perpustakaan, pengetahuan mahasiswa dengan latar belakang pendidikan Non-Ilmu-Perpustakaan dalam kegiatan pengolahan bahan pustaka, pelayanan perpustakaan secara umum, serta kegiatan pelayanan berdasarkan unit kerja termasuk sangat baik.

ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to see how far the students with educational background of Non-Library Science can receive knowledge in the processing of library materials and library service from joining student assistant library program in Maranatha Christian University Library. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research, data were collected through questionnaires, literature studies, and observation. The conclusion from this study is that after joining library internship program, knowledge of the students with the educational background of Non-Library Science in the processing of library materials, library services in general, and service activities by the unit of work, are very good.
