ABSTRAK
Latar belakang: Studi objektif inii menentukan sero-prevalensi penyakit lime di kecamatan Sibolangit, Sumatera Utara, Indonesia. Studi dilakukan secara cross sectional dengan pendekatan karakteristik epidemiologi dan dikonfirmasi tes serologis (ELISA IgG lime)
Material dan Metode: Studi mencakup sekitar 41 individu sehat, berkisar 18-40 tahun, individu yang mempunyai riwayat terpapar tungau dan mempunyai gejala klinis arthritis kronis tidak menemuhi kriteria RA menurut ACR 1987 dan EULAR 2010, OA, gout dan arthritis septik. Setiap subjek penelitian mengisi kuesioner, pemeriksaan darah rutin, serumasam urat dan tes ELISA IgG lime. Hasil: Dijumpai 7,3% positif lime dan 2,4% borderline pada sampel penelitian. Tiga sampel positif lime dilakukan pemeriksaan darah lanjutan mencakup profil rheumatologi. Ditemukan 3 sampel positif rheumatoid factor, 2 sampel positif anti MCV dan 1 sampel CRP sedikit meningkat. Subjek penelitian positif lime mempunyai skoring EULAR 2010 normal
Kesimpulan: Penyakit lime pertama kali ditemukan di Indonesia, di Kecamatan Sibolangit, Sumatera Utara dan didapati ada hubungan arthritis kronis dengan tes serologis lime.

ABSTRACT
Background: The objective of the study was to determine sero-prevalence lyme disease in Sibolangit, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The aim of presented cross sectional by epidemiology characteristic and confirmed by serologic test (ELISA IgG lyme)
Material and Method: The study was conducted among 41 healthy individuals, aged 18-40, who declared being bitten by ticks and having chronic arthritis no fulfill RA with criteria ACR 1987 and EULAR 2010, OA, gout and septic arthritis. Every samples were done by questionnaire, routine blood test, uric acid serum and ELISA IgG lime test.
Result: A 7,3% presence of positive IgG lime and 2,4% borderline, were dectected all investigation samples. 3 samples positive lyme needs further investigation laboratorium blood sampling to check rheumatology marker. We found 3 samples positive rheumatoid factor, 2 samples had positive anti MCV (mutates citrullinated vimectin) and CRP slightly increased in 1 sample. Sample positive lyme had normal scoring (EULAR 2010)
Conclusion: The first case found lyme disease in Indonesia, especially in Sibolangit, North Sumatra and having correlation arthritis chronis with serologic lyme test.
