1.0 Perkakasan
1.1 IBM v3700 Dual Controller SAN Storage Upgrade 1.1.1 Hardware Minimum Specifications
a. Model: 2U rackmount storage expansion
(MTM:6099), Dual expansion canisters
b. 24 x 1.2 TB 10,000 rpm 6 Gb SAS 2.5 Inch HDD.
c. The storage expansion must support RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, and distributed RAID 5 and 6 (Distributed RAID with software version 7.6 onwards)
d. Support the following drives:-
SFF 2.5-inch disk drives: 426 GB, 300 GB at 15k rpm, 600 GB, 900 GB and 1.2 TB at 10k rpm, 1 TB at 7.2k rpm SAS nearline LFF 3.5-inch disk drives: 2 TB, 3 TB and 4 TB at 7.2k rpm, 900 GB and 1.2 TB at 10k rpm, 300 GB at 15k rpm SSD drives: 200 GB, 400 GB and 800 GB
e. The Storage expansion must be in 2U form factor for each enclosure.
f. The storage expansion must come with 2 expansion canisters
g. Four 6Gb SAS ports for attachment to a Storwize V3700 control enclosure or to another Storwize V3700 expansion enclosure (two ports per canister)

2.0 Perisian
2.1 File Sharing & Data Synchronization Software a. Tenderer shall proposed and continue using the
current brand of the File Sharing & Data Synchronization software. JPSM currently using PocketData software.
b. Proposed solution shall be located on-premise including data files.
c. The proposed solution must have the flexibility to customize according to JPSM requirement.
d. All of the product source code must be given and delivered to JPSM for security audit purpose.

f. Proposed solution must be able to do bidirectional synchronization from client to server and vice versa.
g. The proposed solution must be able to control the level of file permission such as create, delete or update on every file that the user want to share with other user.
h. The proposed solution must be able to store files, folders, contacts, photo galleries, calendars. Access from mobile device, desktop, or a web browser.
i. The proposed solution must be able to share data
with others (with/without password,
publicly/privately), and give them access to latest photo galleries, calendar, file, document and music file.
j. The proposed solution must also able to Share calendar with other users or groups on server. Store contacts and share them among devices.
k. Backup filters must also cater for Microsoft Outlook Archive (PST) Files regardless of where they are stored.
m. Cloud management software must have built-in LDAP and AD integration. A user logs into cloud with their Active Directory or LDAP credentials and granted access based on an authentication request handled by the Active Directory or LDAP server.
n. System shall able to do file versioning which to identify updated sync files.
o. The centralized storage capable to encrypt the data using standard encryption format (AES, Blowfish, etc).
p. Proposed solution must be capable to be executed on mobile environment and accessible via all mobile peripherals (iOS, android, etc).
q. System shall able to Support NAS, FTP drive or Samba and have the ability.
r. Administrator of the system shall have the ability to send notifications to users and set limits on file retention in the trash.
t. System shall able to log account level activities such as logins, file sharing activity, file updates and more – giving admins the information they need for compliance reporting and auditing. u. Proposed solution must have File Firewall to
inspect connection and file action requests made on a cloud server, and prevents cloud from providing access if the firewall rules are not met. The admin can sets rules for allowing or denying access by IP address range, device type, file size, subnet, geography, time, group membership and more. On every connection, if those rules are not met, the connect request is denied. If the rules are met, the connection and – ultimately file transfer or action – is allowed.
v. Proposed solution must support virtualization server like VMware VSphere.
x. Admin shall have the following user management feature on the propose solution:
View users in a single window, sort and search users by user display name, last login, group, or even storage location.
New users can be added with a click of a button, sending out an email, while user avatars make it clear who is sharing files and with whom.
User management must quick and efficient for admins to add new groups and edit attributes such as group memberships, quota limits, display names and group admin rights.
3.0 Perkhidmatan
3.1 Pengurusan Projek
Melaksanakan kerja-kerja pengurusan projek dan memastikan setiap keperluan dan implementasi dapat dilaksanakan dengan mematuhi standard implementasi sedia ada dan dibuat dalam tempoh masa yang telah ditetapkan.
3.2 Penyediaan Tapak Pemasangan
b. Melaksanakan proses site preparation terhadap
server, storage dan keperluan Rangkaian sepertimana yang diperlukan oleh JPSM.
c. Melaksanakan kerja-kerja penyediaan tapak pemasangan di bilik server IPJPSM. Pembekal perlu memastikan keperluan pemasangan seperti keperluan cable, power point dan keperluan-keperluan lain adalah dipenuhi terlebih dahulu sebelum pemasangan peralatan-peralatan yang dibekalkan. Sebarang kos yang terlibat didalam penyediaan tapak pemasangan hendaklah diambil kira dan tiada sebarang kos tambahan yang akan ditanggung oleh pihak kerajaan untuk tujuan tersebut.
3.3 Pemasangan Peralatan dan Lesen Perisian
a. Pemasangan bagi peralatan-peralatan serta perisian-perisian yang dibekalkan hendaklah dilakukan oleh jurutera yang telah ditauliahkan oleh pihak pembekal.
b. Memasang dan mengkonfigurasi SAN storage
dengan Hypervisor VMware vSphere dan
sedia ada dan storage yang dibekalkan boleh diakses di segmen yang berlainan).
c. Pihak pembekal juga perlu memasang, mengkonfigurasi dan menguji pemasangan File Sharing & Data Synchronization Software.
Konfigurasi yang dibuat perlu mengikut keperluan JPSM.
3.4 Pengujian dan Pentauliahan
a. Melaksanakan pengujian (User Acceptance Test
dan Final Acceptance Test) bagi:
Mengesahkan bahawa kerja-kerja pembekalan dan perkhidmatan yang diberikan adalah menurut dokumen tender dan berfungsi seperimana yang dikehendaki JPSM.
Meliputi Ujian Fungsional semua fungsi perkakasan dan perisian serta Hardware and Software Acceptance Test Plan.
b. Menyediakan test script (User Acceptance Test
dan Final Acceptance Test) dan borang-borang yang bersesuaian untuk pengesahan pihak JPSM.
a. Menyediakan dokumentasi lengkap semua peralatan dan operasi manual yang terdiri daripada:
Dokumentasi untuk arkitektur bagi semua perkakasan dan perisian yang telah dipasang. Waranti , Sijil dan Lesen dalam folder eksklusif Dokumen lain yang berkaitan
b. Menyediakan 2 salinan hardcopy dan salinan
softcopy (dalam bentuk CD) manual dan dokumentasi yang berkaitan.
3.6 Khidmat Sokongan
a. Menyediakan khidmat sokongan selepas jualan dan penyenggaraan semasa tempoh kontrak iaitu tiga (3) tahun bagi perkakasan dan perisian bermula daripada tarikh Surat Penyerahan oleh Syarikat.
b. Memberikan Corrective Maintenance tanpa had sepanjang tempoh kontrak.
Masa tindak balas : 30 minit
c. Hendaklah menyediakan meja bantuan pusat perkhidmatan sokongan ( 24 X 7) untuk JPSM untuk menyelaras dan menyelesaikan aduan yang dilaporkan oleh JPSM.
