REVOCATION OF THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE AND COOPERATIVES NO. 152/KP/V/82 ON THE PLYWOOD EXPORT
TRADE SYSTEM

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE Considering :
a. that within the fremework of national economic reforms and with the airn of enhancing competitiveness as well as increasing plywood exports, it is deemed necessary to revoke the Decree of the Minister of Trade and Cooperatives No. 152/KP/KP/V/82;
b. that for this purpose it is necessary to issue a decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade to this effect.
In view of :
The Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 228/MPP/Kep/7/1997 on general provisions in the export sector.
DECIDES : To stipulate:
THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE CONCERNING REVOCATION OF THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE AND COOPERATIVES NO. 152/KP/V/82 ON THE PLYWOOD EXPORT TRADE SYSTEM

This decree shall come into force as from February 2, 1998.
For public cognizance, this decree shall be announced by publishing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
