6. Description of content: This notification shall apply to all manufacturers, retailers, importers, distributors of toys applying for a Licence to Operate (LTO) from the BHDT.

This Administrative Order is developed to establish the requirements for toys marketed in the Philippines to ensure the safety of Filipino children using locally manufactured or imported toys or any other plaything intended for children.
