ABSTRACT
This research is done on a basic about problem which emerges on child group B TK Nusa Indah Cipatik, which is in a general way child discipline still low. In a general way be faithful to reducing child discipline and regulation at school. Remember really the importance for child discipline in life one day-days.Subjek Research is group of B amounting to much 14 child. There is aim eventhis research is as follows: (1) to know conditions of objectif discipline startup pictures child before it applies token technik. (2) To know token techanik implements on agglomerate child B TK Nusa Indah Cipatik. (3)For know how increases after child discipline be applied tokens techanik. Observational method that applied is action class (PTK), in its performing consists of there cycles, each cycles is giving two action- each cycles indicate usufructs child discipline step-up data collecting in observational it is with doing observational and interview. Conditional of agglomerate child discipline final B TK Nusa Indah Cipatik after was given by action via implemented tokens techanik eviden worked-up on activity pre presentation point cycle it’s a big as 29%, on Icycles be comes 53%, on cycles II worked up as 69,39%,.Developing enough perceives that in comparison with before given by action implement token techanik. Recommendation to learn excepted besides with token method for can motivate child to increase child discipline, therefore besides token techanik implement discipline shall be applied everyday on child at school tries to utilize strategy method learning tech that more creative to increase child discipline. For child that facilitied can discipline developing via implemented tokens techanik. For researcher expected always tries to look for alternative with approaching method. Tech so gets to add entry in particular (PAUD)
