The current definition of InlineFeature

http://schemas.opengis.net/sld/1.1.0/StyledLayerDescriptor.xsd limits its use to GML 3.1 feature collections, while we also want to include AIXM 5.1 features, which is based on GML 3.2.

Remove the hard dependency on GML 3.1. This can be done by using xsd:any which enables the inclusion of any feature type, even if they are not GML at all.

Consequences if

The SLD InlineFeature element will simply not be usable for anything other than GML 3.1.
