Notes:
1. Any residual income tax or additional profit tax under payment through monthly income tax/additional profit tax installments (including any withholding tax) is to be computed on the basis of Annual Income Tax or Additional Profit Tax Return and shall be paid before the Annual Income Tax/ Additional Profit Tax Return is filed, within 25th of the third month from the end of a Tax Year;
2. Annual Branch Profit Tax is applicable for EKKN and Greater Sunrise regimes and is due on the same date as annual income tax payment;
3. Lodgment of this form due on or before 15th day of the following month of the residual income tax payment;
4. Please attach copy of EFT bank transfer instruction form in favour of electronic fund transfer of above Annual Income Tax payment to the TL Petroleum Fund bank account.
