a). Email correspondence with HFCS (program coordinator : Ms. Eileen) which includes :

 Negotiating the number of participants (which was

originally 2 students then increased to 4 and then the final for 6 students)

 Placement (search host family that will accept the

students from Darunnajah)

 Setting daily schedule of activities for Darunnajah

students during their stay

 Setting formal meetings between Darunnajah Principal
