Setiap perusahaan bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan. (Husnan dan Pudjiastuti, 2012:6) tujuan manajemen keuangan adalah untuk mengambil keputusan-keputusan keuangan yang benar, keputusan keuangan adalah untuk memaksimumkan nilai perusahaan. Variabel CSR digunakan sebagai variabel yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan karena berdasarkan dengan teori stakeholder menyatakan bahwa perusahaan harus melakukan pengungkapan tanggungjawab sosial kepada para stakeholder. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pasar juga memberikan respon yang positif terhadap pengungkapan CSR yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan (Wirakusuma & Yuniasih, 2009). Faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan diantaranya adalah melalui kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Rasio yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan perusahaan adalah return on assets (ROA) dan return On Equity (ROE). Dengan semakin positif nya nilai dari ROA dan ROE maka akan menunjukkan kinerja keuangan yang baik pula yang akan di ikuti dengan meningkatnya harga saham dari perusahaan tersebut.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan dan Corporate Social Responsibility Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan sektor Pertambangan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode selama 2012-2015 baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, pengujian hipotesis.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan, hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi berganda (R) variabel Return On Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) memiliki keeratan hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai perusahaan. Hasil koefisien determinasi dan hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa Return On Assets, Return On Equity dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Sektor Pertambangan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2012-2015. Secara parsial, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Return On Assets terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Return On Equity terhadap nilai perusahaan. Begitu juga terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Each company aims to maximize firm value. (Husnan and Pudjiastuti, 2012: 6) the purpose of financial management is to take the right financial decisions, the financial decision is to maximize firm value. The CSR variable is used as a variable affecting firm value because based on stakeholder theory it states that the firm must disclose the social responsibility to the stakeholders. This indicates that the market also provides a positive response to CSR disclosure conducted by the firm (Wirakusuma & Yuniasih, 2009). Factors that affect firm value among others is through the financial performance of the firm. The ratio that can be used to measure the firm financial performance is return on assets (ROA) and return On Equity (ROE). With the more positive the value of ROA and ROE it will show a good financial performance that will be followed by rising stock prices of these companies.
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Financial Performance and Corporate Social Responsibility Firm Value in Mining Companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period during 2012-2015 either simultaneously or partially. This research uses descriptive and verifikatif method. Sampling technique in this research by using purposive sampling. Data processing is done by multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing.
Based on the results of the study can be concluded that simultaneously, the results of multiple correlation coefficient (R) variable Return On Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a strong relationship with firm value. The result of coefficient of determination and result of hypothesis test simultaneously show that Return On Assets, Return On Equity and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) have significant effect to Firm Value in Mining Sector Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for 2012-2015 period. Partially, the result of research shows that there is significant influence between Return On Assets to firm value. The results showed that there is a significant influence between Return On Equity on firm value. So there is also a significant influence between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to firm value.
