Acara tentang Indonesia - Sweden Infrastructure Forum in Jakarta

Sehubungan dengan undangan dari Kedutaan Besar Swedia mengenai Indonesia Sweden Infrastucture Forum in Jakarta, dengan in! disampaikan beberapa hal sebagai berikut :

1. Acara telah dilaksanakan pad a hari Rabu, 6 Mei 2015 pukul 08.30 - 16.00 di Hotel Mandarin Oriental, JI. MH Thamrin Jakarta Pusat.

2. Pembahasan:

a, Acara ini membicarakan bantuan yang diberikan oleh beberapa perusahaan Swedia untuk Jakarta Smart City, dimana Kedutaan Besar Swedia yang menjadi media dengan Pemeritah Provinsi DKI Jakarta,

b. Acara dimulai pada pukul 08.30 -16.00 WIB,

c. Acara dibuka oleh Duta Besar Johanna Brismar Skoog dan sambutan dari : - Ignasius Jonan, Menteri Perhubungan

- Sutanto Soehodho, Deputi Gubernur DKI

- Hermanto Dardak, Kepala Badan Pengembangan Infrastruktur Wilayah, Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat

d. Pukul 10.30 WIB, diawali dengan sambutan dari Andreas Gyllenhammar mengenai "How

smart can contribute to green: integration of sustainability in the smart city concept", lalu

dilanjutkan dengan diskusi panel mengenai Smart City dengan peserta, sebagai berikut :

Prof. Dr. Suhono Harso Supangkat, yang merupakan Guru besar ITB

- Dadang Rukmana, Direktur Perkotaan, Kementerian Pekerja Umum dan Peru mahan Rakyat

• Cale, perusahaan mesin parkir yang saat ini di uji coba di JI. Sabang Jakarta. • Axis Communication, perusahaan professionallP video surveillance.

e. Pukul 11.15 WIB, diawali dengan sambutan dari Matts-Akke Belin mengenai "Vission Zero - saving lives and reducing deaths with sustainable and safe transportation policies", lalu dilanjutkan diskusi panel mengenai transportasi dengan peserta sbb:

Pukul 13.30 WIB, diawali dengan paparan dari UPT Jakarta Smart City yang menjelaskan mengenai aplikasi Qlue, crop.jakarta.go.id dan smartcity.jakarta.go.id, lalu dilanjutkan paparan oleh Prof. Suhono Harso Supangkat terkait smart city, Paparan lebih lanjut oleh Perusahaan Swedia : - Axis Cale - Kapsch - Saab - Volvo

Kesimpulan:

Indonesia - Sweden Infrastructure Forum

merupakan sharing session berbagi pengalaman

dari para pakar di bidang smart city dalam mewujudkan kota pintar dimana ICT berperan

dalam mewujudkan kota pintar tersebut.

4.

Saran staff :

a. Sebalknya kegiatan forum antara perwakilan kedutaan yang ada di Indonesia dengan

Pemerintah Provlnsi OKI Jakarta harus terpisah dengan promosi produk yang mendukung.

b. Kegiatan yang terkalt pembahasan smart city sepertl forum ini balk diikuti oleh SKPO

terkait dalam rangka pengembangan Jakarta Smart City.

Indonesia. The recent launch of Indonesia's Smart City Index has amplified the importance of integrating ICT in making city a better place to live in. Undoubtedly, ICT has the capability to accelerate urban development toward a sustainable society.

Andreas Gyllenhammar who is one of Sweden's highly qualified sustainability consultants, a strategist and business developer at Sweco - a leading Swedish consulting company in sustainable engineering and design. Mr. Gyllenhammar is also part of the global working group of smart city standards.

He will speak about how urban infrastructure projects, both existing and planned, can be optimized with ICT - that can playa significant role in making our cities greener, for example by enabling a. more effective and efficient energy use in transport, building and lighting.

Topic Speech by Mr. Matts-Ake Belin - Traffic Safety Strategist, Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket)

"VisionZero - saving lives and reducing deaths with sustainable and safe transportation policies"

For transporlation leaders, zero is 'the' number. Sweden launched the Vision Zero initiative in 1997and since then the number of traffic fatalities in Sweden is down from 7 to lewer than 3 per 100,000 people.

Matts-Ake Belin has been one of the key architects of this initiative and currently he is responsible for the development of the Vision Zero Academy - a new international platform for safety innovations. Outside Sweden, Vision Zero has been adopted several cities in the USA, inc!. New York City, and currently discussions are ongoing to implement it in India.
