Abstract
The continued development of information technology, now people can use it in all the activities. One is a tool that computerized processing of customer complaints. Customer complaint system currently still manual in Surakarta City taps, of course, this will hinder the performance of a company. One way to minimize this problem is to design an application of customer complaints. This application is designed in the form of customer complaints archiving applications. The application is built using Delphi and ZEOS DBO as database connections. This application provides important benefits to PDAM Surakarta in processing incoming customer complaints.
