Abstract

M e t ho ds: Th is was lab orat ory ex p erim ent al research wit h t he p ost t est only cont rolled grou p desig n . Sam p les were 3 2 m ale m ice, Swiss web st er t y pe, 2- 3 m ont h s old ag e an d ± 2 0 g of each weigh t . Sam ples w er e divided in t o 4 g rou p s of 8 m ice each. Sam plin g t ech n iq ue u sed in t his research was incid ent al sam p ling . Mice for con t rol g roup ( K) and P1 g rou p will be g iv en aq u ad est for 1 4 day s in a row. Th e P2 an d P3 grou p will b e giv en soy bean t em p eh ex t ract s d ose f or 14 d ays in a row. Soy b ean t em peh ex t ract s dose in each g rou p w as 2.2 m g / 20 g weigh t of m ice an d 4 .4 m g/ 2 0 g weig ht of m ice. Paracet am ol w ill b e given t o P1 , P2, and P3 , wit h dose 5 m g/ 2 0 g weig ht of m ice on t he 1 2t h t o 1 4t h day s. On t he 1 5t h day, hep ar of m ice was t ak en an d st ainn ed wit h Hem at ox ylin Eosin ( HE) for h ist op at h olog ical st u dy. The h epar cells of m ice w er e ob served m icroscopically b y cou nt in g t he n um b er of n ecrosis cells on t he cen t rolobu ler zon e. The d at a were analyzed by Oneway ANOVA test and Post Hoc test (α=0.05).
Re sul t s:Th e averag e dam age of h epar cells in t h e K, P1, P2, P3 w er e 20 .7 5 ± 1 .5 8; 8 5.0 0 ± 2.9 8 ; 4 3.7 5 ± 2 .9 2 ; 31 .0 0 ± 2. 00 consecut iv ely. Th e resu lt s of On eway ANOVA t est showed a sig nifican t d ifferen ce in all grou p ( p < 0 .05 ) . Th e result s of Post Hoc t est sh ow ed sign ifican t d if ferences b et w een K – P1 , K – P2 , K – P3 , P1 – P2, P1 – P3 , an d P2 – P3 wit h p < 0. 05 .
Co ncl usio n: Th e soy b ean t em p eh ex t ract s can p rev en t t h e h ist olog ical d am ag e of t h e hep ar cells of m ice ( Mu s m uscu lu s) and t h e in crease of soy bean t em peh ext ract s dose follow ed b y t h e in crease of p rot ect ion ef fect t o t h e liver cell d am ag in g of m ice w hich is in d uced by p aracet am ol.
