ABSTRACT

Title of research relationship between factory visit activity of PT Pokhpand Indonesia Tbk with visitor attitudes towards the company. This research under the guidance by Dr. Yanti Setianti, S.Sos., M.Si. as first mentor and Lilis Puspitasari, M. Ikom. as companion mentor.
This study aimed to determine the extent of the relationship between the activities of the factory visit on PT. Charoen Pokhpand Indonesia Tbk visitor attitude toward the company. This study uses Instrumental Theory of Persuasion. Sample this study were 86 people who are visitors who come to visit factory activity. This study uses correlation with the questionnaire data collection techniques, observation and study of literature. Test validity using Spearman Rank and reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha.
The results showed that of the eight sub hypothesis raised entirely acceptable. Entire testing demonstrated an association between activity sufficient factory visit on PT. Charoen Pokhpand Indonesia Tbk visitor attitude toward the company. This is due to the credibility of which is owned by the communicator and the message given enough time activities can affect visitor attitudes toward the company.
